Using our system is really easy and once you have set up your account, you will be able to book and exchange skips, keep all the relevant documents in one place and stay on top of your waste requirements. By using this system, you will only ever be able to access fully compliant companies within our network. This means that no matter how hard you try, you won’t be able to break your compliance obligation! At WasteSURE we believe that the environment shouldn’t be affected by waste management activities. We will always look for the most environmentally friendly method of disposal first, even if that means thinking outside the box and doing things a bit differently. Our team are trained to work out the most effective means of dealing with your waste, balancing cost with environmental impact and ease of movement. We do things differently here.

Wastesure main focus isnt about best…

Wastesure main focus isnt about best services , their main focus is towards charging for their service on first call then after that payment over the phone (which doesnt seems to be safe) they wont be same with you at all infact there staff will be very rude. i was given skip on day one for a week but they took it back with out my notice with in 24hr then said they had call from random person to take it back, my whole work was stopped which was extremely costly for me . then they sent another skip which was very small where i paid for the big one. Not professional at all , extremely rude and dont care about customer's rights.

Waste of time would be a better…

Waste of time would be a better description. We ordered a skip with the instruction to phone us half hour before delivery. On the day a phone call from their office revealed that the driver was at the gate. He had not phoned us. I arrived five minutes later to find that he had gone. Wastesure told me he'd be back and had gone to do something else. 6 hours of waiting and numerous phone calls later he returned. Skip filled the same day and return requested, I was advised that it would be within 5 days and told the driver would phone. Its now three weeks and several phone calls and emails later and we've still got the skip here. Coincidentally we ordered from Wastesure, the skip is marked Colstons and the delivery vehicle was marked Sadlers. So frankly they're all obviously useless. We'll never use any of them again knowingly.
