Really excellent company. From our first contact Simon was honest and straightforward. He did what he said he would do. He took the trouble to travel two and a half hours by train to my house and the transaction went very smoothly. Importantly, the price he offered was fair and realistic unlike five other offers I had some of which were ridiculously low and some ridiculously high and would probably have been revised on inspection of the watch.Thank you.

Well, a week after selling my Rolex to Watchbrokers, i was having major regrets,suddenly realising i had made a big mistake !!
I contacted Simon in the forlorn hope that it hadn't been sold on and that i may be able to buy it back.
He in turn contacted Nick, who phoned me almost immediately. I explained how i was feeling and that i was really regretting the sale, not as a refection on his company, far from it, but because of my love for the watch.
He informed me that he still had the watch, and that he fully understood where i was coming from, and that he was willing to return the watch to me for the original sale price plus the costs incurred by Simon in the collection of the watch, and rightly so.
I certainly wasn't expecting the response i got from Nick, who proved yet again that he and his company are at the top of the table when it comes to customer relations/service etc;
The necessary arrangements were made and i was in possession of my Rolex again a day and a half after speaking on the phone.
I cannot praise highly enough both Nick and Simon who were so professional and understanding of my situation, and it was a pleasure to deal with such honest and open individuals, which is becoming a rarity these days !
All i can say is , thank you so much guys, you have put the smile back on my face, and i would have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends, family or whoever !

The sale of my Rolex Watch went very smoothly with Watch Brokers.

I got a very good offer that was comparable to the other brokers I was speaking with.

They agreed to pick up the watch at my house and transferred over the payment via bank transfer before taking the watch away.
