Contacted Watch Brokers to sell my Rolex Submariner .This is the only company that did not ask me to send my watch.On receiving it they will indicate that a service or polish is required, at your cost.
Do not go anywhere else .I spoke to Simon who asked me to send photos of the watch and documents.The next day he made me an offer ,which I was pleased with.
The following day he travelled from London to view my watch .
Having checked he asked me to confirm that I was happy to sell.There was no intention to change the agreed price.I gave him my bank details and he made a direct transferJust over 1 hour later the money was in my account.

I was looking for a particular watch and Watch Brokers managed to source the watch and at a very good price. Highly recommend very nice guy and easy to deal with.

I contacted Watch Brokers to sell my Rolex and right from the start Simon was helpful and diligent in making sure I had all the documentation together before making me a very good offer. When his colleague came to collect the watch he was on time, courteous and wearing gloves and a face covering which was comforting. Payment was electronic and quick. Would definitely recommend dealing with this company.

Watchbrokers were an absolute pleasure to deal with! - a quick Google and they were easily found. I received a quick response to my enquiry and Nick was extremely helpful and fair. I had values in mind for the watches and he was able to offer me very close to what I was looking for. Given the market value of the watches, I felt it was a good price to pay me for them and collection of the watches was arranged from my home within days of agreeing to sell.
Nick’s colleague came to my house and inspected the watches. Following some quick checks and confirmation that they were as described, the funds were then transferred directly to my bank account within the hour.
I would thoroughly recommend Watchbrokers to anyone looking to sell their watch or indeed purchase one. Thankyou for providing me with such a great service.

Wow, what a great service from start to finish. Got a quote for my Rolex Deepsea on Friday afternoon from Nick, The quote was better than Watchmaster and Watchfinder and other London dealers who specialise in high end luxury watches. Simon came out to my home address this morning was on time and didn’t waste any time checking the watch over. Once the watch was verified for Authentication the money was in our account with in 5 min. Simon was brilliant and instantly made me and my wife feel at ease. Very professional service, no hassle and they do everything for you and nothing less. Everything was done with in 24 hours

After some initial confusion with my watch I subsequently received a call from Nick the Founder / MD who took the time to listen to me and proposed a solution that was fantastic and I was very pleased with. We agreed a price there and then that I was very happy with and thought was very fair and the very next day someone from WB turned up to collect it totally hassle free. The same day I was also paid directly by bank transfer.
I will 100% be buying another watch from them and they will be the first (and I expect perhaps only!) company I call in future when I want to sell another of my watches. Thanks Nick and WB for your phenomenal customer obsessed service.
