Great professional service, impressed at the speed of the verification process, you know you can trust the sellers when this process has to be completed by the vendors, great communication, Super easy to use, a slick system, simple to use listing page… Also with buyer fees being only 5% and most auction houses charging 30%, why buy from anybody else!! Best place to sell your timepiece for sure… get listing

Shambles, this site manipulates reserves, removes comments and also removes actual auctions.
Not to be trusted, they blame glitches and bugs but it is either an amateur site or a bogus one. Stay away!

Regarding your specific situation, we encountered a software “bug” at that particular time of your bid which caused some user errors. This one time incident was resolved quickly and effectively by our team.

Manipulating a reserve is not possible as the reserve price is set and confirmed by the seller before the watch is live on our platform and we can prove these reserve prices on each and every watch that is listed.
