Clothing Sizing Way Off

Ordered a size XL shirt for my boyfriend’s birthday, and when he tried it on, it fit like a size L. Customer service told me they don’t do refunds or returns, so I asked for a discount code since I need to order another one. They simply restated that they don’t offer returns or refunds🙄 AND now the shirt isn’t available anymore, so I can’t even replace it with the correct size anyway. I credibly disappointing.

Customer service was abysmal

Customer service was abysmal. I ordered a Janky Professor Doll in November. Three weeks later, all tracking information disappeared from the Shop app and the tracking number I received when I messaged about it did not correspond to anything. They said the item was with customs and later that customs had lost it which is fine, it happens. But every communication from them would come with a supposed time frame and that would come and go without word, leaving me to chase. And now they have admitted the item is gone forever, they are only offering to refund with credit for the Watcher Store for the price of the item even though delivery was two times what the item was worth.

Very poor shipping. No accountability.

Very poor shipping and the company takes no accountability for this or for not sticking to the shipping time frames on their site. You have a problem? They don't want to know and will just give excuses. Wish I'd known and not wasted my money.

No Communication, no help

I ordered multiple items for my girlfriend as a Christmas present.
It is now April and I have not received them.

USPS tracking I was given shows the package as having arrived in London on January 3rd and not moved since.

trying to contact USPS costed me £30 in phone bills to America (I'm in the UK) to which they finally told me it was the sellers responsibility for them to contact USPS and not me.

I emailed them multiple times and received multiple replies all of which either saying "it can take awhile" but not telling me how long to wait until I'm eligible for a refund or telling me what to do. or they asked for my order number and then did not reply once I sent it.

I have wasted over £130 on this and have been not communicated with or offered any kind of help.

I really just wanted to support Ryan, Shane and the rest of Watcher as they make amazing quality content, but after being ignored and wasting so much money I cannot ever recommend their store.

2 Months Without Product

I ordered two separate products in a single order, a poster and a blanket. The poster shipped next day and arrived within a week great speed of service and great product. However it has been over two months since I ordered the blanket and it still has yet to ship. I sent an email to the support team a month ago and have yet to hear back. Overall I am disappointed with the lack of communication. To come from such a reputable fun YouTube channel to then have poor shipping and communication is quite upsetting. I understand Covid may be slowing responses but two months is a very long time. All I'm looking for is information and updates on the handling times.
