I purchased my watch on line. I called the next day to make sure there were no problems with the credit card. Josh indicated the watch would ship that day. The next day the watch came by 11:00 AM. I was delighted.
Upon sizing the band, I cut it too short. So I call BM and ordered a NEW band. They were helpful and it cost me 225.00 for the band i ruined. Despite the trauma.... I still LOVE the watch. Josh was nice enough to call back. By that time I stitched the pieces onto the band in three places. It actually looks pretty nice!!! I am a Model maker, so I also sew. I am wearing that Blue Riviera as I type this. I LOVE the look! Cool watch!

The Watch I got was in good condition but the box and accessories were uses with scratches. I emailed them with a picture of the scratches, got no reply back!
