I think I was just ripped off $300!

Bought an alleged Armani watch for my husband as a silver wedding present. It was fine until the battery needed replacing. He took it to a jeweller and when they removed the back to fit the battery, it shot off - which apparently was not normal - and now the back just won't fit on again. I googled to investigate the warranty terms etc and was horrified to find all these negative reviews which now make me suspect that this "armani" watch is just a fake? Either way, the warranty has expired

This is a scam site. If you even receive your order the watch is a $10 Communist fake.

Don’t waste your money! No customer care! Only contact through email and after several emails no response £600 wasted!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Took £310 from my wife for watch that hasn't been sent. Communication dreadful - just keep fobbing her off. In response to her latest query /complaint they just sent a reply which said "Hi". Its a pity she didn't see the reviews here before she paid them. She has had to raise a claim for her money back with credit card company

Didn't realise Watches Megastore is an online marketplace. Order was passed to some Chinese supplier who sent me absolute gargbae. PayPal dispute raised. STAY AWAY!!!

Ordered watches. Payed. Waited too long - about a month. Received wrong model. It is obvious, that this wasn't accidental - a label was partly scraped, so I couldn't see the model number. But the scammers didn't get it - model number is engraved at the watch case. Wrote to support, send them photos, but no answer within two days. All what is being said about this store in comments below is true! Never ever ever have with this store any deal!

No tracking updates on my order and very hard / impossible to get in touch with customer service. Wish I read the comments before ordering here.

The watch took a month to arrive. When it arrived it didn't even work! We tried reparing it, but it still doesn't work. When we returned the watch, we didn't get our money back!!

Lures you in with good prices and then BAAAM extremely high prices on shipping and handling.... €20Euro for each product! This is not 20 Euros for entire order this is 20Euros for each and every single item in your cart no matter the price...

You wanna buy something at the price of 2euros (just a cheap plastic strap for your watch) no worries you add 20 euros for shipping... And if you want 2 cheap plastic straps at 4Euros you will also have to pay 2 times shipping (total 40Euro shipping)

Placed order and told me it had declined so places the order again however the first order had not declined and 2 watches arrived. No problem I’ll send one back I thought simple. There was no invoice are return address in the box contacted fruugo and asked for return address it took a few emails but eventually got the return address I paid £10 for delivery next day however when they went to deliver the watch I had been given the wrong address and the address was actually an estate agents. I was given an incorrect address tried to contact fruggo again and no one responded to my query just sent me the same address again. Do not order from watches megastore or fruggo absolutely joke!

Yea this is definitely a scam. The watch never came. It said Germany to USA in 1 hour lol. Total thieves running that site. Avoid guys. I will also post it on multiple websites to spread the word. F these guys :)

Despite the bad reviews I have ordered a watch for my daughter for Christmas and it has arrived within a few days of ordering and as advertised. I had the order confirmation, shipping notification and tracking and had no issues at all?

Although there is rather a lot of bad reviews I still ordered from here, it was over £100 the watch I ordered for my boyfriend, it took 3 days to come and was exactly what I ordered rather beautiful infact. They kept me up to date with emails I signed for the parcel when it was delivered and would definitely order from here again. Thank you

I bought the product and I was told it would be delivered in 3 working days before i purchased it - when i paid for it it said 2 weeks…it’s supposed to be delivered 10 days ago and still hasn’t been. When tried to call customers service it says that the service is unavailable and no way to speak to anyone. I realised you are scam and i am going to write everywhere i can to protect other people of being scammed.
