Good experience overall
First-time buyer from Watchfinder and I was pleasantly surprised. The watch was well priced especially considering they have sent it for service at Breitling and it came also with a new deployant clasp. All my questions were answered quickly by Madleina who was very helpful. Nothing negative stood out throughout the whole experience.

Strap and buckle must be the originals !
The salesperson at Watchfinder Geneva was reactiv and very helpful. The Watchfinder Corner in Geneva doe's not offer sufficient privacy when you bring several watches for an exchange. After having confirmed the exchange deal I had to wait a long time before receiving the watch which had to be shipped from the USA. The most problematic element was that the watch had not its original strap and buckle, which is not acceptable for a Breguet. I therefore had to buy a new strap and buckle in Geneva, which is expensive. This amount has to be added to the price of the watch, which is therefore less attractive. To end on a positive note I shall mention that the balance of the exchange price in my favour has been credited very quickly.

Watch in mint condition, perfect service

Good service. I was very pleased by the purchase of my watch which was in a perfect shape. The fact that it was revised and you have additionally two year guarantee is also much appreciated. I would only say that it took a bit too much time to have the watch delivered but not a big issue.
