I probably wouldn’t do this again tbh. My partner and I both entered tier 1 hoping for a nice watch even just one of us . When we got it, we both got the exact same watch. Silver Casio (it’s quite fu... See more

I have purchased about 15 mystery watches and will keep getting more. The company is a very cool concept and have great customer service. Out of the 15, I have received a 1980s quartz Omega and a 1990s Tank Cartier, so the company does send out the Luxury pieces. The negative reviews all mostly state how they received a watch worth less than what they paid for which makes sense, otherwise how could the company afford to give out luxury pieces? It is very cool that even if you do not pull a luxury piece, you still get a watch. Thank you!

I got another mystery watch back in January as a Pre Order, and what a great experience it has been. My watch arrived in Feb, a lovely vintage luxury piece from Omega, the best watch I have in my collection by far!
I paid 109 gbp for my box, and it arrived very well packaged. I took part in the first drop in August and this project has come so far. Better watches, with warranty cards, better boxes, its still a luck of the draw, but that is the MAIN CONCEPT with the drop. The chance to pull a luxury piece, by the looks of it, all of the other reviews seem to think the only purpose of this is to give you a watch worth more then what you have paid, how would that be possible guys, be for real, do more research into what your buying. Also seems all the negative reviews is just from people wanting their money back since they didnt get a luxury watch, kind of scummy from the customers really
I have never seen Watch Harbor put any misinformation out, they are solid guys. They dont promise a watch more thenw atch you paid or a vintage piece every time (even tho lots of watches are vintage)
Block out the haters guys, keep smashing it

Cool concept, but better to stay away and spend money elsewhere.
Ordered a Special edition pre order drop, price 109£ before tax.
Received a mystery unknown watch that could have been bought for 16,99£ on ebay.
I guess that's the mystery box concept.

Watch mystery boxes is genuinely an interesting initiative, and I can see how it could work well under the right conditions. However, there are a few important points worth noting.
The concept of having watch enthusiasts scout the market for vintage and rare pieces is highly appealing. The idea of purchasing a watch, whether affordable or high-end, that carries history, is carefully restored, and given a second life is compelling.
That said, receiving a brand new Limit watch, one that could simply be purchased directly from their website for £20, undermines the entire premise of the initiative.
I understand and accept the possibility of receiving a watch that may be worth less than the cost of the service. What I cannot accept is the possibility of receiving a brand-new, inexpensive watch. That creates the impression that such items are included with minimal effort, simply to increase volume rather than to uphold the original concept.
Under these circumstances, I would not feel comfortable recommending participation.

Its a great project with potential but you should work out with the value of the watches

Received the February mystery box and I was very disappointed, I understand the concept of a mystery box but getting a watch that I can get for £16 wasn’t what I expected from a £60 (70€) box. Also wasn’t expecting a 15€ delivery fee + 25€ more for a tax in Spain. In total was 105€ (92£) for a 16£ watch. I wasn’t expecting a Rolex but this is extremely disappointing I will not be using again.

The concept is great, shipping from uk to france was fast enough and the packaging was really well secured which is really important for a watch.
Customer service was very helpful and everything went well for me.

First of all i want to thank Cameron and his team for their efforts while building such a unique community. He's super responsive despite such a huge comunity he's been running. I've been a part of this group since October 2025, sharing experiences, meeting with other watch enthousiasts and attending the Mystery Drop ever since.
During these drops there were times i received average watches like Casio, then there were times i received high end luxury watches like Rolex Datejust or Vintage Girard Perregaux. As it says in the name it's all about the Mystery. I never thought i'd get my first Rolex like this. And it's in perfect condition. Every watch i have received so far was very well maintained with a brand new strap or original strap refurbished.
Also i need to add, when i received an "average" watch he was so kind to offer me a vaucher code that covers a good amount of the next drop and when i couldn't use the vaucher during the drop due to system errors he offered me to refund the whole drop and send me the mystery box anyway.
Its more about the fun and the mystery that attracts you to the concept. Keep it chill, enjoy and share the excitement, socialize with other watch enthousiasts and appreciate people's efforts guys.

I entered in the Special Edition 3 months -> 399 euro.
I received my watch today. I had to pay 40 euro extra as import taxes. I received my watch today: a 20 euro Qmax. So the balance 20 euro - 173 euro doesn't seem very correct.

First time i signed up. I received a lithium casio watch that can be purchased anywhere for 29$. I will see what the next two watches I receive look like. Im in the grab for 2 more drawings.

I ordered the Mystery Watch – Special Edition and was deeply disappointed with what arrived.
The watch I received is worth no more than €10, and even at that price it would be substandard — the dial and movement are loose inside the case. It turned out to be a basic Lorus Quartz: a mass-produced, contemporary watch with nothing special about it. The packaging was equally cheap and flimsy.
All of this for €130, plus import costs.
What frustrates me most is that this concept could have been genuinely exciting. If Watch Harbor had real knowledge of vintage watches, they could easily source interesting, authentic pieces for around €50 that would actually justify the mystery box experience. Instead, this feels like a cynical cash grab targeting enthusiasts who trust the brand.
Very disappointing. I hope others are warned before spending their money on this.

I recently purchased a mystery drop watch from Watch Harbor and was pleasantly surprised with the outcome. The watch I received was an Accurist, and the overall quality exceeded expectations for the price point. It has clean finishing, balanced proportions, and a classic design that works well for both everyday and formal wear. It feels solid on the wrist and has been keeping accurate time so far.
Communication during my first order was smooth and professional, and the watch arrived securely packaged and exactly as described within days despite international shipping. The mystery drop concept adds an element of excitement, and in my case, the result was definitely worthwhile. I am currently awaiting my second order and based on my initial experience, I’m optimistic it will be handled well.
Overall, a positive experience and good value for money.

Watch worth £45 charged a £100 for the special edition mystery watch and £20 for shipping in the UK absolute joke!

I cant recommend watch Harbor enough, this new and exciting way of purchasing vintage watches, for margins of the price with the anticipation and surprise of not knowing what your going to receive is refreshing.
I’ve purchased 6 watches now from both luxury and special categories and received watches from brands such as Omega, rotary, tissot, seiko, Raymond Weil and Woodford. They have all been genuine vintage pieces and in working order and I’ve been extremely happy with all received.
Communication has always been fantastic and all pieces have arrived safely with no issues.
Once again I can’t recommend this new innovative way of purchasing quality vintage watches.

Received the February mystery box and was very excited like most people would have been. Firstly I was very disappointed in the packaging, the box was damaged and everything about it felt cheap. I understand the concept of a mystery box but getting a watch that I can get for £15 of Amazon from a “Premium Box” wasn’t what I expected from a £60 box. Also wasn’t expecting a £10 delivery fee when you are based only an hour away from me. A far lower delivery charge would be expected. It may just of been my experience but it wasn’t a good one. If a refund is possible then I would be more than happy.

Terrible. I entered the £109 more expensive draw and got sent a watch ypu can buy 2nd hand for £19.99 or £44.99 new. I reached out to explain this isnt luxury nor is it vintage. The reply i received was not everyone can get a watch worth £109 which i understand but the watch they sent is a insult really. If you are interested in this site I hightly reccomend you stay away.

Bought the £59 category and the premium category, could not believe that I pulled a Longines watch out of the £59 category. Absolutely fantastic service and can’t fault the product. Watch is going straight into my personal collection. Could not be happier with the whole process.

It’s not worth the gamble I suggest you watch the videos on you tube exposing watch harbour giving away its luxury drops to bloggers . I spent £59 plus del and received a watch you can buy on eBay for £7 plus del. Would defiantly not recommend at all. The other annoying thing is they don’t actually have the watches until all the money is in then they go out and buy them.

I wish i could give 0 star
I paid £59 for a mystery watch and received a very low-quality item that appears to be available on AliExpress for around £2.79.
The product quality does not reflect the price paid, and the marketing creates an impression of significantly higher value than what is actually delivered.
Consumers should be aware that the item received may be worth far less than the purchase price. I would not have reacted this way if the watch had been of reasonable value (even £30–£40 quality), but receiving something that appears to retail for under £3 is extremely disappointing.
As this was purchased with my credit card and the money is hard-earned, I will be raising this matter with my card provider to explore my options.
Very disappointing experience.”
