First time of using the site and slightly nervous because it was coming from abroad and the really good price of the watch. But I needn’t of worried. Got my watch in 6 days, exactly as described. Very pleased and would definitely use again.

I bought a Tissot watch for my husband's Christmas present. He tried it on Christmas Day, but the style did not suit, so he packaged it back up immediately and sent it back. Watchia insisted the watch was damaged (how? He wore it for less than 5 minutes), and refused a refund. They are now charging us £26 to get the watch returned to us. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Terrible customer service.

NB - we now have the watch returned to us (costing us £40 postage) and there are NO SCRATCHES or damage of any sort.

Don't buy anything from them abroad if you don't want to lose your money! If you need to return the product, you will pay for sending but don't get any guarantee that the package will arrive and you get money refund! They don't have return agreement with shipping companies like normal online shop should have and in case you return the watch, you will do it 100% at your own risk and expence, besides sending back is not cheap (depending on country, I've paid 30 euros). They send me the watch using PostNord - their national shipping operator. But as I've been told by PostNord representative here in Finland this operator doesn't provide services for persons, only for companies, at least here. They said "Sorry, but it's impossible to send the package back", meaning sending as private person via the same provider (PostNord) which would be the best way to make sure appropriate delivering. When you use different postal company in returning parcels the major problem is that you cannot be sure if the parcel arrives directly to receiver because different operator in you country doesn't necessary operate in other countries directly but obviously uses local postal services. Danish smaller shipping companies are working on "take-money-do-less"-basis. So my parcel was thrown by some "Bring"-named company somewhere into the authomated post box where it supposed to wait for pick up! This is nonsense! Naturally no one comes to take the package out of box because receiver is not a person but company and thus the parcel returns back if even returns.

Casio Edifice EQB501 TRC 1AER. I was looking for this very rare Edifice watch and found Watchia had one in stock. Order placed and the watch arrived 4 days later via UPS. Until this point I had never heard of Watchia and was rather skeptical about ordering a watch from a company in Denmark I'd never heard of before, having checked Trust Pilot for reviews I was pleased to see there were many good reviews and I proceeded with the order. I was impressed with the level of communication and the level of packaging used. Absolutely no issues with the watch, it's beautiful, well made and I'm extremely pleased to have been able to get my hands on such a rare time piece. As far as I can see there is one available on Amazon at an extremely exaggerated price. So all in all I'm very happy to have found Watchia and would recommend them to anyone in the UK looking to buy from them. I'll certainly consider uing them again in the future. Thanks Watchia !!

The watch i ordered will not work. Custome service of the value. Clock change, return difficult. I never order again this palce.

Very good service. I ordered a g-shock from them and it came quickly with all the correct packaging etc in perfect condition. They sent emails tracking the parcels process.They even sent me an email to warn that the post terminal my package would go through was slow and it might be delayed, it wasn't fortunately and I got it in three days.
