This company routinely delays payments and you have to go on a wild goose chase to get in touch with anyone at the company

I completed a market research study Called Project Meadow (Apparel) -on Friday, August 29th, 2025 from 2:45 PM -3:15 PM at Twelve Oaks Mall in Novi, Mi. I have never received compensation for my participation in the study. The Project Outreach Coordinator Jazmyne Gonzaga (312) 489-8483 has stopped communicating with me regarding this issue. I spoke with her in 10/2025 and she stated compensation would be issued 12/25. But I still have not received it as of 2/2026

I completed a 45-minute remote 1:1 research interview with WatchLab (“Project Cider / Adobe Creative Projects”) with written confirmation of $200 compensation via a Tremendous gift card to my email. Weeks later, no payment has been sent and repeated follow-ups have received no response. I can’t recommend working with them.

I have tried over the last two weeks for an answer regarding a full service for my Omega Seamster.
The Exeter branch has so far not replied to my on line submission.
They will not answer phone calls and have no answer machine switched on.

I went to The Watch Lab repair centre in Livingston centre for a battery replacement for a TAGHeuer watch and spoke with Ross who was friendly and very helpful.
Ross explained the procedure and I felt reassured that he would do a very professional service
The watch was perfectly functional and spotlessly clean without any issues therefore I would recommend The Watch Lab to anyone looking for a professional watch repair / service at a very reasonable price.

Took my watch in to EXETER WATCH LAB for a new battery. Two weeks later the watch stopped working and condensation was forming on the inside of the glass so I took it back. Instead of taking responsibility for not resealing it properly I was accused of going swimming or taking a shower with the watch on. Neither of which had happened. They refused to discuss the matter any further and I have now had to write off the watch as broken. I will obviously never use them again!

I took a watch to The Watch Lab which was bought for me on my 21st birthday, approx 50 years ago. In the last few years it stopped working. On the advice of my husband, who had a couple of watches repaired by The Watch Lab at the Gyle, Edinburgh, I took my Accurist watch along to them. They replaced a part and serviced the watch, this all took place within 10 days. I now have this lovely watch back in my possession, in full working order.
The service and efficiency received by me from the Watch Lab was fantastic. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend this company.

Watch live Invites business from racists that discriminate and disqualify based on physical appearance and skin color. After being contacted by Laura Brickston, and kendall demann, do not claim to be Latino if you're not From Central America, because Puerto Ricans Cubans Dominicans Brazilians Portuguese are not considered Latino if they have brown skin as far as they're concerned. I was invited to take part in the study and then was disqualified based on my skin color, without any explanation without any follow up, or as to the reason for the dismissal.
But I can only base it on the response that I got when the administrator looked at me as if surprised,
then sharply dismissed me without any reasoning.

Excellent service in Bluewater. New battery and reseal in 1 hour. Really nice man. Saw lots of other customers pleased with their service. Recommend !!

I participated in a study 4 weeks ago. I have not been paid. No one from the company is responding to my e-mails or voice mails.

My watch needed a new battery. I was quoted about £75 at Watchlab in the Trafford Centre in Manchester ... yes, £75 for fitting a single battery! About 50 metres away, I had the battery changed by a friendly guy at Timepiece ... for £9.99.

Never Used the Watch Lab before as I usually go to a small privately owned watch repairer opposite the Train Station, However being a bank Holiday Monday nowhere was open … except the High Cross shopping centre.
I only needed a fastener and a strap holder for my cheap Casio work watch which I have had for years and was prepared to pay for a new Strap anyway.

The repair assistants name was Dominic I believe and he said “No problem, I keep a few spares like pins and clasps around” … he fitted them within 2 minutes and had another customer waiting wanting a new strap for his ‘Boss’ watch. I said how much and he said no problem no charge … Incredible Service he should be commended for, It totally made my day to have my cheap work watch functional again!
I also own a Seiko Automatic from the 1980’s which was my fathers which needs regular attention and also an Armani Gents timepiece I received from my Wife for my 40th … I will now be bringing these to the Watch Lab as long as it is there in the future and would recommend anyone to ‘Dominic’ to service to repay him for his act of kindness.

I was a member for 5 years and only got called back a few times - considering I do focus groups part time, that's an amazingly low call back. Of the 3 I qualified for, 2 of them were cancelled at the last minute. I would give it zero stars if I could.

Asked the price to replace a battery in a "Fossil" branded watch £85!!! May need it 3 weeks etc! Could cost more depending! What a complete rip off!! The young lady, clearly didnt want to do the job so gave a ridiculous price! She was alone no customers...i wonder why? Went to timpsons just in passing and got a lifetime guarantee battery for £24.00 fitted in 45mins, he too was alone but very busy. Watch lab, that speaks volumes, perhaps some retraining?

I've always went here for any watch repairs..batteries.. but today the service....i recieved was great...It was just a small but fiddly job.. the young man... so enthusiastic to get the job done.. guy called Jay...

Watchlab was recommended to me by my brother, and he wasn't wrong. The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend them for repairs, servicing, cleaning, well absolutely everything! Brilliant service!

Nottingham Victoria Centre staff were excellent. Got everything sorted within an hour and the explanation of what was wrong and what’s been done was spot on. Cheers

Went for a watch strap today in Leeds city centre. The strap was placed on the counter and the assistant said 'yes of no l have 100 jobs to do' when l walked away saying 'it is clearly too much trouble' she repliec'l dont care'. I expected mors from a brand like Watchlab. You need to invest in customer relations training
