Hey guys please never buy from a company called watchlyx if your item gets lost or damaged u will never get a refund ive been promised & promised since December all I get is promises 2 get contacted by there refund within 24/48hrs never heard 1 thing from them in 5month company are a joke. Mr n duncan

I ordered my wife a watch in November of 2025 it is no April of 2026 and I still haven’t received the watch or a refund. They kee saying they are going to escalate it to a higher manager and they will call back in 24 to 48 hours. This has been going on for five months now I have not heard from one person.

Returned my fake watch they sent me but they said I had been giving a refund for the return item but I hadn't so my bank stepped in and refunded me they then sent me a email saying they was going to take me to court unless I pay them for the watch again even tho it was returned and signed for by them 😡.... AVOID THIS SCAM AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE....

In early December 2025, I bought a watch that arrived significantly late and was damaged. I've been trying to get my money back since January 2026, and I still haven't received it, and it's been almost four months since I returned the watch! I don't recommend this company. They charged the money for the watch immediately, but they can't even return it! I'm left without my money and my watch!

#25726 Was my order number. I’m nearly 60 years old and was never ever fooled online till I dealt with Watchlyx……total let down on the Christmas delivery and the customer service is totally run by an AI BOT.

I’m left with a dodgy watch that cost £800 with no return options.

I ordered a 1000£ watch and it didnt arrived on time so I bough another one from the shop and canceled the order via email-I didnt get replied at all!
Than I month latter I got the postman at my door whit a package which I didnt accept it and returned it to the sender!
3 months after in April they treated me whit company debt collectors-such a wasters!Do Not use this company at all if you dont want to get in treble!

Slow on delivery but both my Seiko SPB models arrived 3 weeks after purchase and are in perfect working order.

Order number# 20332- I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Watchlyx has been nothing short of frustrating. I bought an Emporio Armani watch, and it arrived faulty, with screws literally flying around. This was already an extremely expensive item.

When I contacted them, they refused to replace it and instead told me to repair it, promising a refund afterward. I followed their instructions, had it repaired, and waited — but received no refund. I chased them for three months, and got absolutely no response.

On top of that, their platform is clunky, slow, and the customer support is almost non-existent. Recommendations and search functions are inaccurate, making even browsing a headache.

This has been incredibly disappointing. Do not buy anything from Watchlyx.

This company is a joke bought a couple of watches one did not come I have been emailing them since December about this and still no refund avoid them at all costs they are so frustrating to deal with absolute nightmare of a company I will be contacting my solicitor and going forward with legal action in order to get my refund or will personally go to their headquarters in London and speak to someone in person I will be getting my refund one way or another so if someone from the company actually bothers to read these I suggest you get in contact with me

This is not a fake review - ordered a watch for my sons 21st birthday, it arrived with no paper at all, the returns process needs looking into, tried calling the company but the phone no does not work and only can contact them by email, eventually I got to return the watch, I sent it back how it was sent to me they received it and said I will be refund well still to today I have not received my refund, luckily I paid with a credit card so reported it to them now is in there hands and the credit card company have paid the money back to me - Do not use this company they are scammers

Bought a tag heuer … i sent to tag heuer to check and watch is fake !!! I have all the proof of what i am writing. If you contact Watchlyx they will respond by I.A . Same answer with no solution.

Absolute scammers!! Avoid at all costs!! Was sent a faulty watch which was a clear fake, sent it back weeks ago and still no refund or update from this dodgy company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE

I don’t even give this company one star. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a watch and it was sent back in December. It is almost April and still no refund. They are con artists & take your money. They send the same generic email but still nothing happens. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Not returning my watch as it got delivered to me broken and seems to be a counterfeit watch. No response on emails they keep prolonging it.

As all others reviewers. This is scam. Watch not functioning, still waiting for response after 2 weeks receiving automated messages saying they will reply within 48 hours. Worst experience ever. Don’t buy here.

SCAM - FAKE Retailers - DO NOT BUY

Ordered a watch in December, received nothing. Back and forth on email, over 30 emails at this stage and absolutely no solution, NO REFUND. Do not buy from there - FAKE company and scammers!!!

Scammers , do not buy from this fake company , I wish I had read the reviews first that was my first mistake , thankfully got my money back from my bank. AI email responses back and a robot on the phone called Amy the same person who manages to email you back within a minute no matter what time of the day it is 6am or 12pm clearly never sleeps or takes a day off 🙈

0 stars this place is a scam I accident purchased a watch canceled it they still processes the order I returned it after I went through the return process they sent it back I went through 50 emails back and forth THIS IS A SCAM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY RUN AWAY they won’t resolve this issue all I wanted was a refund please do not order from hear and I will make sure no one ever gets scammed from them like me it’s been 5 months and they stole money out of my account and I can’t get it back

I purchased a Senna Tag watch limited edition from Watchlyx. Order No 26591. The watch arrived late and upon inspection of the documentation provided I was suspicious about its authenticity. Serial Number was WPW6852 CAZ1019. The Card with a QR Code didn’t relate to anything. I took the watch to a Tag Heuer Boutique who sent it off for authenticity. Unfortunately the watch has come back as Counterfeit. The document was sent to Watchlyx without any substantive response from them. My whole experience with Watchlyx has been poor. During this time their supposed legal team has threatened me with a fine of AED 500,000 and to reconsider travelling to or through the UAE. Issued pursuant to UAE Federal Decree Law No. 31 of 2021. More than happy to return the watch to Watchlyx but all I seen to get is delaying tactics emails. The watch is confirmed Counterfeit
