These guys are awesome and dealt with Daniel on a very special Rolex watch for myself. Cold phone call and deal worked out in 3 minutes with all T's crossed and I'S dotted, great communication. Item shipped overnight with perfect packing cross country and not a single issue... They should all be like this frankly.. A+++++

Purchased my first Rolex from wmd. Couldn’t be happier wife the service highly recommended.

I bought a watch from their showroom in NY.
Was told “all watches are service within 12 months”
Was told come back in a couple hours so he cab polish it… came back and he had only polished the clasp.

After purchasing the watch it stopped working after 4 wears.

As I live in Europe I took the watch to a Rolex accredited store
And was told that the watch hadn’t been serviced or inspected in years, it needed a number of parts which cost me a total of £1250, had I know this I would HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THE watch

Watch My Diamonds had taken a seemingly frightening experience and turned it into something wonderful. When you are going to be spending tens of thousands of dollars for a watch you never tried on or seen in person, from a company you have never done business with, from people you have never met it can be scary. It was apparent from the beginning that they were not trying to sell you, they were just real honest and helpful. I had many questions which they answered promptly. They sent extra pictures of the watch and calmed all fears.

Our watch arrived roughly 36 hrs after purchasing it. It was well protected in its packaging and just as promised. The watch was so beautiful and my experience with them was so nice that I immediately purchased a second watch the same day. When the 2nd watch arrived it was just as great of service as our first. I will be a life long customer. Great experience.
