Fast delivery, well packaged.

My Godson is graduating from high-school. We have decided to get him a Longines as a graduation gift. The choice of watches is excellent and the prices are better than any other site we looked at. The process of purchasing the watch was easy. Delivery was prompt.

Ordering was easy - package still hasn’t arrived and 2-3 day shipping was promised when ordered. FedEx updates are inaccurate and the package must be signed for (inaccurate updates are unacceptable in this situation)

The watch I received was carefully protected in numerous ways, and was delivered with a signature required. It's all I hoped it would be. I am hoping that trading out the WW warranty for the manufactuerer's warranty is going to be a good decision on my part. The 4-star rating was due to the fact that WW asked me what my wrist size was, and I have no indication that they tried to make it a size 7. I had to spend $25 getting a jewelry store to remove four links. Why even ask me if you're not going to do it?

I just bought this watch and everything is great with it . Except it’s not running..Do I need to change the battery on , being Brand new ? Please advise

I ordered watch with BLACK hands but it came with silver hands. Hard tp read for me. I could not pull the side button out set the watch. I did not want to force it so I have to return it. I was excited to receive it but very disappointed in the watch that came.
