Some confusion as to which company this…

Some confusion as to which company this is claiming to be! I ordered from co.uk site, but the payment went to a completely different name , company based in China and name was slightly different and ended in .com
Beware when buying and look for the changes in name and email address…
I had trouble receiving the order, was told twice delivery was attempted and i refused it… was sent a timeline of delivery and it was quite obvious it had been put together by someone, very dodgy! Luckily I paid through PayPal so received my money back. Such a shame as the proper reputable company based in the UK are suffering due to these con merchants! 😡

Beware of returning a wrong filter for your frig.

Refrigerator model specified a particular filter. Ordered this filter and then found the refrigerator model was an earlier production using a cheaper water filter. Waterdrop charged me one half the price of a $40 filter for returning (20 percent restocking and $12 for return shipping in the original package weighing 8 oz). Customer did not allow me to remove the old filter for verification. Bottom line: buy it on Amazon!
