A good company

We don't really have any other choices in water deliver companies, however Primo has been very good. The delivery drivers are kind and professional. All instructions are followed. The cost is higher than it should be, but again this is the only company in our area. The website has been revamped and it's very difficult to navigate. Billing due dates are not clear. But overall a good product.

Good tasting water, clean, new bottles with handles, flexible deliveries on time, professional drivers that help load bottles onto our rack, good website to make updates and changes to our order.

Promotion promised but not delivered

When we signed up for the service, we were told that we would be given a $50 gift card. We have communicated several times, promised it would be sent, but now told we will have to go to our local Costco the resolve the issue. It is a bit of a drive, so we havent gone yet...but if its anything like what we have dealt with since October of last year, we dont expect to have it resolved. Its just frustrating that you have a promotion that results in nothing but frustration with no results. Why even have the promotion. We cant be the only ones that are in this situation. Just would give a heads up to anyone thinking this promotion is of any value. Dont know why you would actually pay someone to stand at Costco to attract people to sign up if you dont make it easier to get the $50 promotion. It shouldnt be that hard.
