Bought a puzzle as a Christmas gift for my sister. There was 1piece missing which of course she didn’t discover until the end. I emailed the company shortly after Christmas and got a reply very quickly. After a couple of emails back & forth I was sent a replacement puzzle of my choice. The staff I dealt with were apologetic, polite and helpful. Despite receiving faulty goods initially I would still buy again as the quality is lovely & my issue was dealt with in a speedy & professional manner.

30 CHF additional feels when importing to Switzerland.

I know they blame the customers in their FAQ, but there are ways to handle this better and notify customers. Saying "DUTIES ARE YOUR FAULT" is a terrible customer experience. Other companies are able to manage it and do things correctly so there aren't additional charges for shipping from EU to Switzerland.

Do not recommend.

After the misunderstanding regarding my emails being lost in their system, I have to say, the company have apologised most sincerely and hsve been first class in looking after me, as is their puzzle. So all good and I am extremely pleased with the outcome.

My true to life genuine experience - so buyer beware! Shocking customer service, in fact non existent, as after 4 emails to them, no one has responded, not even to confirm my email had been received and they were looking in to my issue, gives you a pretty good idea of what the company is like. This also flows down to the puzzle it’s self.

9 x pieces of the puzzle are missing, not sure if it’s a faulty design, puzzle or a common issue. But without all the pieces, it’s a waste of time trying to do this puzzle, steer clear and buy this type of puzzle from another manufacturer, or like me you will regret it.

I offered several solutions to the company including asking them what they suggested as a way to resolve this, but nothing, not a word back.

Looks the customer service mirrors the puzzle, poor. I always say if the customer service is bad, then you have to assume and it will reflect in the product too . This is certainly the case here. Have copies of all my emails to the company if anyone needs more proof.
