Ordered a G3P600 from the company and it was delivered through Amazon. Was an easy transaction. Received one box in good shape. Box had a perforated tare line on the top that made it easy to open. Unit doesn't have many parts and installation was not difficult. My granite countertop already had a hole cut for a soap bottle but I found that it was about the same size as the faucet that was to be installed. I bought a 2" OD X 1" ID stainless washer through Amazon and a 2 1/4" rubber washer (although I had to cut the ID hole to 1") from the local Lowes. I placed the rubber washer over my counter hole with the stainless washer on top that. Then I fed the Waterdrop faucet through those and tightened it down. This supplies the needed support for the large hole and doesn't look bad either. Installation was straightforward. The TDS was only 5 after installation and the water taste fine. I am well pleased with the purchase so far. Thanks Waterdrop!

Great customer service. I recently encountered an issue with replacing my first undersink filter. My concerns and issues were professionally addressed and resolved. I have had my filter for 7 months, have successfully replaced my first filter and have been enjoying the absence of bottled water. No more hauling cases of bottles, Taking up prime fridge space, and my recycling has significantly reduced. Keep up the great work!

Waterdrop and moreover Siki provided me a super extra service. Fast answer, , great solution and promise respected. The product is great and beautiful. The only advise I can say it’s to provide more information in order to install the countertop (I had to check the YouTube video). Apart this, I would recommend at 100%. And once again, thank you Siki !

The delivery time of the filters was impressively fast. The build quality of the product is high and their customer service is by far one of the best ones I experienced in Europe (Lene of support was very friendly, extremely helpful and i had a great pleasure communicating with her). No templated answers, very thoughtful and personalised response - thats how great customer service should be. Trust is hard to earn these days but they totally earned mine. Fully recommend.

I ordered a combo filter set (4 filters), it's now almost one month that I haven't received the complete package. One filter still missing.

Doreen was a great help. She diagnosed my issue quickly and sent the part I needed right away. She also followed up to see if I needed anything else and sent me a complimentary filter for my trouble. Highly recommended!!!

I purchased a new Waterdrop G3P800 RO system for my kitchen sink. One of the retainer clips on one of the 3/8” water line ports was cracked. Doreen provided excellent customer service by mailing me a replacement to resolve the problem and included a filter for the unit for my troubles. Thank you for taking care of the customer, doing the right thing and following up with me along the way.

Customer service was incredibly helpful! Doreen in particular was the person who assisted me, and she did wonderful. She responded promptly, was incredibly kind, and resolved my issue without complications.

I purchased a Waterdrop G5P700 in 2025 and the setup was a breeze, after which it was great to use. After the six month mark, I had to change the carbon filter and ran into a few flow issues. I was able to reset it a few times and the flow issues resolved. I recently hit the one year mark and had to replace both the carbon and the RO filters, after which the unit ran into severe low flow issues. Any number of resets did not help and I even bought a second carbon filter to see if the filter was an issue. I reached out to waterdrop customer service at this point and requested help. I was amazed at the responsiveness and the quality of service. The rep that helped me is Doreen and after having me troubleshoot the issue, she just sent me a new replacement G5P700, with new filters. I had not purchased any extended warranty when I first bought it through Amazon, but Doreen was very helpful and sent me a replacement unit (within 2 days) along with a spare carbon filter at no cost. The new unit is working great and I cannot say how thankful I am for the great customer service (waterdrop in general and Doreen specifically) and the responsiveness. Will certainly recommend this brand to anyone looking to get a RO water system.

I purchased a reverse osmosis water filter from Waterdrop over 6 months ago, and I am truly pleased with it. The system works perfectly and consistently provides excellent quality water. First off system is well put together instructions installing it was relatively easy
It worked exactly as described. flushing, and all very happy with the unit.My family is enjoying very clean water now.

I have this unit for 6 years and has been serving us well. Easy to replace the filters and the costs are reasonable, water tastes pretty good throughout the year, more salty at the end but manageable. Would recommend it to anybody.
