I'm a Freak About Hydration...Very Pleased with This Bottle

Solid, hi-tech, nice-looking water bottle. Initially I couldn't figure out how to calibrate the bottle to get the right amount of water consumed. Contacted customer service and got an almost-immediate response. Followed the short video and calibration done. (I was making it harder than it actually was.) Anyway, I'm a freak about getting good hydration each day. This is a great tool to help track my water intake.

I really like the water bottle

I really like the water bottle, so much so that I order a second one so I would have one at work and one at home. The 2nd bottle got lost in the mail and customer service was very patient while I waited for the post office to figure out that they did not deliver it to me and it was somewhere in the back. WaterH was willing to make it right if P.O. did not.

I had an issue with the water log time…

I had an issue with the water log time and the clock time not being in sync with the real clock time. Especially travelling across time zones. THe customer service staff was very attentive and helped resolve the problem quickly

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent! I received a water bottle with a defective battery (wouldn’t charge at all). I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly. They are sending me a new one! Great company!

Formidable Service and an Invaluable Gift

This has been one of the most useful Christmas presents I have ever received. I have been using my WaterH bottle daily for almost a year now. I've never had any issues with the bottle or the accompanying app.
On the day I thought I had found a problem with the app, I contacted support via email. Within a few minutes, I had a response and an explanation about what I thought was an issue. Formidable service.

Absolutely the worst bottle you can get

I had issues with the bottle I bought and after a lot of emails back and forth, they said they will send me another because the one I had was completely useless.
That was on 8th of August. On 13th of August they sent an email saying they have issues and cannot send the package "Due to an unexpected technical issue with our system, we are temporarily unable to access our backend. We apologize for the delay.😭

Please be assured that your request has been prioritized. 🥳 Our team is working to resolve this issue and will ship your order as soon as backend access is restored."
On 4th of September I wrote back thinking they might forgot about me. No answer!!!!
They wasted a lot of my time, lied and then just ignored me.
This company is completely unreliable, their product is very very bad. It doesn't measure not even close to true so it's basically a simple insulated bottle for almost 500 kr. Bad! Absolutely the worst I tried. Better put a bit more money and buy a good one like Hidrate Spark from the beginning.
Shame on you for being like this with your customers.

I wanted a certain color boot that was sold out. I asked when they would be making more and they happened to have a few on hand and made arrangements for me to get the color I wanted. Have only had the bottle a few weeks but love the bottle.

I love that the app lets you know how…

I love that the app lets you know how much water you supposed to consume in a day. I love that it reminds me to drink. My daughter likes mine so I bought her one. It’s a great tumbler. It replaced all my other tumblers.
