APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Firstly, they seem like they are located in the US but all their products ship from China. I ordered 3 sets, and received one. A week later I received another one from a different courier. I was waiting on the third set, and received nothing. No dispatch, no tracking number. I contacted WM three times for an update, and didn't receive a response. I finally received a response a few weeks later, claiming they had emailed me to say the final set was not in stock. I never received any such email. I then asked for a refund, and have been ignored. I opened a case in PayPal, and they ignored that too. I am waiting for PayPal to refund my money now, as WM are so appalling at communication, and don't seem to care about their customers at all.
