Zero stars if I could
Ordered on line an item that was in stock. Over a month later, they won't respond to emails about order, hang up on me in customer service, then play annoying music while they put me on hold for extended period.
Even though web showed in stock, item isn't in stock. Expected delivery date changes frequently, now they can't even say when it will ship.
I understand, COVID... working from home, but this is the time to up your game, not ignore customers.
Terrible customer service and company! Avoid!
