I ordered a swimming wetsuit. When it arrived, it was clear that it was mis-labelled as a Large when it appeared to be a Small. I then sent the suit back with an explanation of the issue and a request to resend the correct suit using the suggested contact platform. After many emails (most with a different person), I discovered that Watersports Outlet AU is actually in the UK meaning a long wait for the suit to be received, processed, re-sent etc, despite being requested to an address in Sydney. To cut a long story short, Watersports eventually refunded the suit (despite me asking for the correct one to be sent instead) about 6 weeks after sending it back to them - the last I heard it was still sitting at their Sydney relay point. Absolute muppet show.

Finding the right piece of clothing is incredibly straightforward and simple.

These guys are bullsh t artists! They make out that they are an Australian company with a Sydney office, yet are drop shipping my order from a warehouse outside of London UK

Most orders from Sydney are delivered to me in about 3 or 4 days.

Just short of 2 weeks and Im still waiting for my order to arrive from the other side of the world

I just wish that they were upfront with their physical location so I could plan the delivery time accordingly

No supplier in Australia could get me the Red Gill OS2 Salopettes. You guys delivered from the UK for just AUD $14.95 inside two weeks which is phenomenal!
I’m overseas and not home to collect them but my local hardware shop in our country town messaged me to advise of their arrival.

Ordered a wetsuit and it has taken over three weeks to arrive. Still don’t have it. Very poor communication from the company. Wetsuit seems to be coming from the Uk and according to shipping has been on a trip to USA. Be warned this is Not an Australian company even though the website ends in .com.au

Recently received the Optimum Time watch. The watch is extremely difficult to change the batteries (it doesn’t come with a battery) So much so that the thread appears to be now gone in one of the screws and can’t get battery into my watch. Looks like I won’t ever be able to use the watch. A waste of time and money!

The supplier was good and the delivery went smoothly.
The product is not real as it was shown on the website, thin and has too many stickers or prints at least 5 everywhere

I ordered 4 items in Australia on 30th Nov. I received 2 items promptly from Sydney. The other 2 were sent from the UK despite the website saying they have a Sydney warehouse. I got a call in Dec 6th from UPS courier demanding $218 for and import tax before they will deliver. I contacted UPS to dispute this. They said because I spent over $1000 (I did not spend over $1000) that I had to pay the fee. I contacted watersports to report this and they advised they would email UPS to fix the issue. A few days passed and nothing. I then contacted watersports again and they told me I need to phone UPS to sort it. I did this, UPS claim they have had no contact from the seller. I sent my invoice to UPS to prove I didn't spend over $1000. Today, now the 13th Dec I get an email from UPS with a revised invoice they want paid of $120 before the will deliver with no explanation as to why. I have contacted watersports again and have had no response. It is not my fault that watersports choose to use a well known awful courier service. I have been left with no product, lost time and stress dealing with all of this over the past 2 weeks. The items were for a birthday present which has now passed. Terrible service. Order elsewhere.
