Saviour for London’s Hard Water
I moved to the UK from Australia where water is as soft as can be, and sadly learnt what “hard water” is the hard way.
After trying multiple filters that claimed to soften water, I decided to finally invest in the shower stick all the way from the USA.
After three showers with the showerstick I have already noticed such a dramatic difference to my skin and hair I wish I did this sooner!
The set up has been a bit tricky with the way UK flat boilers work (as well as my pathetic plumber skills) but customer service has been incredible (huge shout out to Lisa for her patience!).
Honestly as a huge skeptic I would highly recommend this company, they are the real deal.

Outstanding Customer Service – Exceeded All Expectations!
I bought the ShowerStick Shower Water Softener and KDF filter unit a couple of months ago. After moving cross country, I finally settled into my new apartment and installed the unit past the warranty period. Unfortunately, the unit failed and broke after just two days.
When I contacted customer support, I wasn't expecting much. To my surprise, they went above and beyond to assist me. I sent them photos of the damage, and they provided detailed troubleshooting steps to repair what I had left. Additionally, they offered to send me a new unit at an extremely discounted rate, along with some new replacement pieces.
I'm incredibly happy with the level of support I received from Watersticks. Their customer service truly blew my expectations out of the water. Highly recommended!
