DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY
This company trades in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and Monaco under the name WATER TOYS CENTER. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. In July 2024, I bought an ASAP WaveJam 156 electric board from AquaMarine (Water Toy Center) in Beaulieu for €7,500. Unfortunately, it has never worked.
When I tried to use it for the first time, it was completely malfunctioning. I contacted Alexis Allia in Beaulieu, who instructed me to return it for repair. After six months of endless correspondence, the board was finally returned in April 2025.
Both Nicolas Bochno from Monaco and Alexis Allia from Beaulieu were incredibly unhelpful throughout the process. When my grandchildren tried to use the board for the first time after its return this week 01/07/2025, it still didn’t work.
I immediately contacted Alexis in Beaulieu to inform him of the issue, but he responded by saying that the board was a poor product and that I shouldn’t have bought it. When I explained that they had taken my money and the board had never worked, he informed me that there was no warranty. He then hung up on me. On Google reviews somebody else reported that they have lost €28,000 with this company.
