Absolutely top service

Absolutely top service. Asked a question regarding an issue I had with an older model, and received a detailed answer, with multiple solutions I could choose from. Chose to order a spare part which was delivered almost the next day. Success and everything is working again. Thanks for the great service.

Smooth and fast transaction

I ordered Friday and received the package on Monday 👍 I also wrote customer service on Friday to ask when I'll receive it and they wrote back the same day. 😊

The issue is not due to a faulty product but is an installation issue (E1 no water/air in the system). You need to contact the installer of the product in order to finalize installation.
We would like to point out that we have replied to all of your mails and calls within 2 hours.

We hope you get the installation done quickly in order to enjoy Grohe Blue water like we do in our office.

And what we have tried to explain to you on numerous occasions is that it is NOT an E1 problem, it's the machine that is faulty, which you yourselves have confirmed but instead asked us to turn to grohe for an return. Where in lies the problem, that we feel you have not even heard us when we have tried to explain.
That you have answered us within two hours is completely not true, and you have also written to us in danish even when we have asked you to write in english. Every time. So no, The installation is not going quickly.

Vi beställde en Grohe Blue Pro-uppgradering. Den kopplades in av behörig VVS tekniker. Den visar felmeddelandet E1 hela tiden. Vi hade en VVS tekniker här idag igen och maskinen fungerar fortfarande inte. Så nu är den avstängd så att kompressorn inte står och går hela tiden. Det verkar som om maskinen är trasig eftersom felmeddelandet E1 kommer upp hela tiden. Vad gör vi nu?
