The product is amazing 👏
I had a pair of swimming face mask (without the nose) from decathlon...
This is much better product
With the Decatlon product I cannot jump to the water without getting water inside the mask.
This is totally tight...sits perfect
There's also antifog unlike decathlon mask that cost the same.
I can swim and look at the swimming pools big clock on the wall which is refreshing experience
I am glad i tried Watery

I returned an item. I found out that one have to pay almost 100 kr to send it back. I sent it back and the Posten app showed that it was delivered back to them after a few days. I contact them since I didn't get any information from them that they received it. They replied back that they didn't received yet in the warehouse that Posten showed when it was handed to another courier.....what? This was not explain anywhere. I contact them again after 2 weeks asking if they received my packages, they said they did 4 days before. The website stated that they handled the returns in 24h, so, what was happening....they said they will processed it soon. I contact them again 3 days later and they said the same and apologized for the misleading website...What!!??? At the end after insisting and asking for more and more explanations they process the return and send me my money back. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A WEBSITE SHOP EVER.

You’re right that the communication around the return handling was not clear enough. When a return is marked as delivered by Posten, it can in some cases still take additional time before the parcel physically reaches our warehouse via the internal carrier handover. That said, this should have been explained clearly and upfront, and you should not have had to chase us repeatedly to get answers.
You’re also right to point out the mismatch between the information on our website and what you experienced. If our site states 24-hour handling, we must live up to that or clearly communicate when exceptions occur. We fully understand why this felt misleading, and we sincerely apologise for that.
The fact that you had to insist multiple times before the return was finally processed is not acceptable, and we’re very sorry that this turned into such a negative experience for you. Your feedback is taken seriously and is being used to improve both our return communication and internal follow-up, so other customers don’t go through the same situation.
Thank you for your patience, even though it was tested far too much, and we’re sorry we didn’t handle this better from the start.

Horrible service and took my money
Horrible service! I bought an ice bath, but it came broken. Since the quality was showing to be bad i asked for a return but they said to send me a new one, I said no and had to fight with them by email several times to get an approved return. Also I paid extra to add the service of paying after 2 months, but they said ti money was inmediately blocked of my account for a week. After returning the product I had to write them to check if they received it. They confirmed the return but after two months then they took my money. I complained and they paid me back after some days but not the extra charge that i paid for delaying the payment (80kr). A nightmare of store, never ever again buying from them!!

Worst shopping experience ever…..feel totally cheated and lied both from the website and the customer service. The website highlights 2-3 delivery time but after one week, the item was still not handed to the delivery company. We asked the status from the customer service and were told the item is under shipping. However, after checking with the delivery company, we came to know that our item is still not handed to them (after the entire week). The experience was awful and very disappointing…. We asked for refund and it is ridiculous to know that we can not cancel the order (even before the item is shipped) and we can only wait until receiving and return it for refund. Totally no clue why such company can exist in Norway…..
