Professional, understanding and an excellent service.
Had an implant at Whipendell last year as a crown had been snapped off from an operation in hospital. All the staff at Whipendell were so caring and dealt with my every need not only through the procedure but with the aftercare too.
I can't recommend Whipendell enough, the staff are amazing, the venue has thought of everything to put you at ease and would highly pass on their details to other friends and family.

Friendly, reassuring and professional
As somebody with a history of bad experiences at dentists, in both my youth and in my adult life, it took a really really bad toothache to prompt me to seek help. The combination of recently having moved to Watford and the considerable pain I found myself in meant I chose Whippendell Dental Clinic pretty randomly. I was seen quickly and my problem was resolved - the business end of things is really very good. Indeed the treatment I've received has enabled me to have a 'fresh start' with dentistry! However, the thing that makes the difference at Whippendell, in my experience, are the people: friendly, reassuring and professional.

Excellent service in a relaxed and caring environment
I received a lip and naso-labial fold enhancement procedure which is something I have wanted to have done for years. Having finally gathered courage I enquiried with Watford Dental about the procedure. The initial contact and dealings throughout with Dr. Murgai have been very informative, considerate and professional. The procedure was virtually painless and definitely worth it. Would highly recommend the practice.

Friendly staff and top quality instruments
Its a nice clean comfy surgery with friendly receptionists and a very knowledgable dentist. You get impartial advise and after care too.

Excellent personal service and communication
I use Whippendell Dental Clinic when I am back in The UK because they allow me to make provisional bookings and then reconfirm closer to the time that I return to the UK. They also communicate through email and SMS as well as the telephone, which is especially useful when I am travelling out of the country. The dentist, Gulshan, asks questions on the state of my dental health for the previous period and provides advice going forward based on my responses and the result of the dental examination
