We are a small business and needed two small dehumidifiers following water damage. I was called back 10 minutes after submitting my contact form, so helpful, took time to understand our needs and no issue at all considering they are used to handling much bigger contracts. The applicances arrived before time, were small, easy to use and did a great job. One had a european plug on it, and they sent an engineer out within an hour who changed the plug. Nothing was ever too much trouble, they call back when they say they will and really do know and practice true customer service.

Watkins are my go to supplier for a hire boiler in order to allow my boiler annual examinations, NDT etc... to take place safely and effectively.

The trailer mounted boiler arrived on time, put in place safely, hooked up and commissioned, safety checks done and ready for use with minimal supervision and safety in mind at all times.

Watkins use a sub-contractor out in the field to carry out the strip downs and then work with the examiner, a superb team called L & T combustion, all of whom are ex Wellman engineers, they are an absolute credit to themselves and Watkins.

The hire didn't go without a hitch but the problem I encountered was dealt with in an instant, over the phone support and on site support via a 24 hour call out engineer.

The spares department and tech support were just superb, nothing was too much trouble and when I re-fired one of my boilers after its NDT a component broke down just as it was fired, I had no spare.
One phone call was all it took, it was very late afternoon and the part arrived next morning, fitted, checked and I was back up and running, just superb.

I can hand on heart recommend Watkins

We had a Watkins Hire boiler on site whilst we converted to gas; Mark and his team were vey competent in identifying our requirements and ensured the commissioning, operation and decommissioning all went seamlessly well - would highly recommend.
