Outstanding customer service

Outstanding customer service. I over ordered and wanted to return 2 of 3 tins. They immediately agreed. However the amazon label wouldn’t send to friend with printer, called them asking for an email of label. They advised this is not possible, Amazon have to do this and I have to contact them direct - but to be helpfull they would send dhl to collect it from my home next day. I have very rarely come across such a helpful efficient business, they are under no obligation to accept returns or collect. This is an exceptional business far beyond what can be reasonably expected. I’ll be buying from them again!
