Wavebox is an amazing idea, and it has truly ended my previous practice of having hundreds of tabs across multiple windows. It thereby creates a calmer work space and a more organised one. I recommend it highly, it's worth the cost, including for SMBs, in my opinion. Their customer service is excellent and very responsive, and they are very helpful.

This app is a must-have for any kind of work, and even for personal use.
Other similar products don't even come close to the possibilities that Wavebox gives you in terms of organization and ease of use.
I'm a web developer, and I have the million company resources set into apps, my music, my todo lists, both personal and work, my finance apps, and even my social media all in Wavebox. As it is based on Chromium, I also use it as my default browser for web development. I put to sleep the right apps, and boom! Lots of RAM saved.
There's no going back from this. Seriously, if you're still trying to decide whether this is better than alternatives or whether it's right for you, I'm telling you now: this is right for everyone.
Also, the support is just top-notch.

Here was my situation -- an older macbook pro with a cinema display with several desktops open, each with many chrome windows and tabs open and other applications running. This created several problems.
The obvious problem was trying to find what I was working on. I do a lot of research so I always needed to keep my chrome windows and tabs open so that I didn't lose my place. I'd end up opening new windows to check gmail and my calendar because I couldn't find the ones I already had open.
I tried various 'systems' of having my email on one desktop and other activities on a different desktops. They never really worked out. Trying to keep track of my trello boards was another nightmare -- I'm not even talking team boards, just my personal boards to try to get myself organized. Again I tried 'systems' to have many trello boards open so I could go back and forth to stay organized.
I use a community organizing platform that I needed a way to keep a window open all the time and refreshing. In search for a solution to that I ran across Wavebox. I tried the trial period, added one email application and my community organizing website to wavebox to try it out. I was able to add a standard chrome extension to do a timed refresh. Yes, I could have done this without Wavebox, but would I have found the window amongst my cluttered desktop and would it always stay open? It solved this problem very nicely because I just had to open wavebox and it was always there.
As I understood how to use Wavebox better I started adding more applications and websites that I wanted open all the time. As my desktop cleared I started to feel the difference of not having to search for windows I already had open somewhere. It prompted me to add more windows -- a section for all my social media. I have a shopping section with amazon and food delivery services. I added a section with all the news sources I read.
The problem I didn't expect Wavebox to solve is that unlike Chrome that keeps all of these tabs and windows active, Wavebox puts them to sleep if not in use, except for those windows I select to stay active all the time (for me that's slack).
In any case, all these open applications, chrome windows, and desktops required a ton of resources on my older macbook. So it would get hot and run the fan continuously and even throttle back the processor to avoid overheating. That made it very hard to work on anything at all. I had to keep my room very cold, even now in the winter, to keep the laptop functional.
Wavebox allowed me to delete the extra desktops, keep all of my work in active but sleeping windows, and reduce the resource overhead. My fan barely runs now and my room is again a normal temperature.
It's been pretty life changing already and I don't really think I'm getting the most out of it yet. Very grateful -- absolutely worth trying for 7-days. Obviously I decided to subscribe.

It's only a matter of time before Wavebox and tools like it become the standard for how people interact with their daily tabs, apps, and manage work flow.
I work in Software Sales and between my laptop and monitors, I am constantly navigating through a bunch of tabs and apps (my Gmail accounts, Calendar, Salesforce, Zoom, Google Chat, Google sheets, etc.)
I am very organized and meticulous by nature. What I love the most about Wavebox is how it declutters all of my important tabs and tools by compartmentalizing them in one place. The interface is super intuitive and allows me to efficiently toggle between all of them during my daily workflow.
It is incredibly easy to set up and configure. I now do everything out of Wavebox (personal navigation included). I am now trying to get my company to sign on so that everyone can benefit from it.
Wonderful product. Recommend 10/10.
By the way, I downloaded Station and Shift to compare side by side and Wavebox was the clear winner.

This is a cool bit of software that let me build my own little dashboard for monitoring my non-profit organisation's different social media channels and carrying out my duties as the general internet dog's body. A really nice way to isolate this part of my work from my other jobs--I could just open Wavebox and have all my tools ready to go, then close them and work distraction-free on other things. Great concept, good execution and outstanding customer support as well.

I switched from switch because they lacked communication and customer care as well as it became very slow.
Wavebox has created a similar platform that works seamlessly with little effort. Easy to set up and easy to maintain. Wavebox has been communicative and even extended me a free trial/discount to help compensate my loss from my year plan with switch.
This kind of service creates so much ease keeping everything in one place. I really like the sleep function which means the computer does not slow down.
Its a slick looking interface as well.
Good job Wavebox.

It was my good fortune that I came across Wavebox a couple of months back. I tested it and later subscribed to Wavebox Pro. Since then I have tried a couple of alternatives, but Wavebox beats them handily.
All the extensions that I use work neatly on Wavebox. It's those extensions that make a browser a productivity app for me.
Now, consider this: All the web apps that you use everyday to get your work done can also sit on your browser. How nice! That is what Wavebox does. For this simple reason alone Wavebox can improve your productivity manifold. But Wavebox is much more than that if you work in a team instead of working solo.
Sharing, communicating and working together as a team with all your apps and extensions in a single interface - that's what Wavebox provides you with. Working with Wavebox is such a joy.
Try it out yourself to know the difference. It'll change the way you get your work done for good.

Totally awesome! - I have never written a review this positive about anything but Wavebox deserves it.
Well priced, constantly updated and full of time saving features. Too bad Chrome does not 100% support the MAC OS but it is close enough
Wavebox Classic is a solid 4 stars (maybe 5)
Wavebox 10 seems to want to keep you from leaving the app. The Link opening isn't as useful. For example, in Gmail if you press "View entire message" I want to stay in Wavebox, but if I click an external link in an email I want to use the default browser. I can't figure out how to do that in 10.

Wavebox is FANTASTIC! It has been my main tool I use for productivity!
I have tried other tools but Wavebox is hands down the best!

I can't believe it's not more popular than other apps out there. I had been using Shift for 1 year and there were so many issues. I manage social media for several businesses and Wavebox is perfect. I can have each client separately in a group with all the accounts easily accessible. I love that I can even have a shortcut to pick an app on the fly. I think they should invest more in their marketing strategies to have more users and become more popular.
Been a user for just a week and this software helped me so much for managing multiple email accounts. It runs super smooth on my computer as you don't have to open tons of tabs that causes your computer to slow down. It saves a lot of time, extra hassle and literally improves my productivity.
I've been using Wavebox for 2 years now and cannot imagine going back to a "regular browser". The learning curve is admittedly steep but once you're in it pays off handsomely.
Brilliant. Been a user for several years now. They are what a tech company should be. They constantly develop, and innovate and respond to suggestions. Since they hooked into the Chromium project, we've now got an entire "chrome similar" browser all in one package which means all the chrome plugins just work. When installing an O/S my first job was always "install chrome". Now its "get wavebox up and running"
For a tech savvy like me, this is the best browser I encountered. It's like creating an OS for your own personal application and websites that you like to visit, one click on the icons and they appear! No hassle searching on the search box or anythin!
This app is awesome and in my opinon better than Shift which I've been using for one year. For instance, with Shift, you have to wait until a Chrome extension is added by developers, whereas with Wavebox you can install them all, out of the box. The other good point, is that you can add any website as an app. Wavebox includes many configuration options. I am suprised that this app isn't more famous, because for me it's the best of its kind.
Wavebox is a fantastic product with excellent customer service - I use it as my primary browser and it has made my life far less complicated.
I always thought this app was awesome from the first time I used it, but I didn't fully realise how much more productive I am with it, until I had a renewal issue (totally my fault) and I was without it for a day of work.
Trying to work with a half dozen messaging apps open and about 40 chrome tabs for the day had me driven to near insanity. If you use a lot of browser based tools and communicate with clients on a number of different chat apps (I use slack, whatsapp, telegram, messenger, skype) and need access to 3 different google a/c's) then Wavebox is definitely for you.
It's a literally productivity powerhouse and worth every penny of the cost.
