This is not about service or product quality. This is about the company lying. They tell you will ship in 5 days. What they don't tell you is "from China". The "company" is probably somebody with a computer, takes orders and then orders from China on your behalf. A month or two later might get your order. Just use aliexpress.com instead and do the same thing at half the price, and have a big company's customer support behind it. I might still get my order, but then I probably won't need it anymore.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered two suits that never came! The phone numbers were all disconnected, and when I filed disputes with Paypal, the vendor immediately replied each time saying the shipment was in transit and would be there in 2 to 4 weeks. Total bs. After my final dispute, I was again told to wait 2 to 4 weeks. I asked Paypal to investigate them for fraud.

this outfit is a scam. they sell online products but never deliver them. even the phone number on their website flips to verizon saying “no such number”. avoid them unless you want to lose money.

I ordered and paid for 2 swimming suits and 2 pair of shorts one month ago they still haven't shipped. Waves and Trunks does not respond to emails it just sends more ads your way.

Sent the wrong order after I waited for several weeks. Then when I told them with an e- mail they never got back to me.

This company is a scam, no customer service. Emailed, tried to call and no response. What I ordered is not what I received. Companies should state that product is coming from China upfront, if I’d known I wouldn’t have purchased to begin with.

I just received my shipment and everything was fantastic! No joke. I was skeptical as I read the reviews AFTER I placed my order and thought “well, if they suck - then I’m out $40”. Thankfully, everything was great! The fit was true. I’m a 40w and the XL brief was perfect! Even comes with a modesty pad in the front. I was very happy! I just ordered 2 more briefs.

The product did not ship from within the US, and I used the SHOP app to track its delivery progress. It took 2 weeks to arrive from China.

So first off, this company ships from China. Which creates several issues:
1. Shipping will NOT be quick. Give at least 2 weeks. That's if they process your order within the promised 24-48 hours. I sent a mean email when I hit 72 hours and I didn't have shipping info, and they processed it right away.
2. I've paid through this same payment system for other things that were absolutely a scam, and they never refund your money. They want you to pay to return the item. TO FREAKIN' CHINA. Once, I paid for a metal over-the-sink dish rack, and I received 3 plastic trays, like letter trays but 1/3 the size. I sent Paypal the picture of what I ordered and what I received, and they didn't do anything. So be forewarned.

After I had already ordered, I read a few reviews that were so bad I cancelled the order and the bank stopped payment. After maybe 3 or 4 weeks, I received the order which was a beautiful pair of bright blue trunks. I didn't pay for them bc I'd cancelled my order, but I felt guilty that I'd told the bank about the bad reviews of other people and they had put the company on their bad list. I may be one of the few that had a pretty good experience.

Absolutely zero customer service. Wanted to return something and got no reply after a weeks worth of emails. Phone is always busy. This place is a scam.

I decided to write this review after reading countless bad ones after placing my order. I thought “Oh well, I guess I just got taken. At least it wasn’t a big order”. We’ll today I received exactly what I ordered. Fit was perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Only negative was that it took two weeks to arrive.

This is a totally fake business.

Got something totally different from what I ordered and now zero communication from the company, phone is just a busey signal.

Horrible, do not recommend this place. I had no idea they were in China or whatever. I ordered a swimsuit on 3-29-2022. It is now 4-21-2022. I have yet to receive it. Customer service is non existent. I'm guessing when it finally arrives, it won't fit. Because from my experience, Asian sizing is way smaller than US sizing. For example, an XXL in Asian countries is a L at best in US states. So, yeah, not happy. Not to mention, it never stated anywhere that the shipping would take a month. I expect that from Wish.com or such places, but when you represent yourself as being in the USA, that is misleading. So buyer beware!

Trust the bad reviews. This is a total money laundering scheme. Yeah they may send you something but it won't be what you ordered. This is not a Western business, they're based in Asia. AVOID

This is a follow up to the previous bad review.
For months now I have tried to contact this company. No return emails, inquiries on their web site and phone calls. Just get a busy signal, anytime of the day or night.
Their disclaimers say they are governed by the laws of Canada. Their phone number is in Florida.
Fraudulent company.

Do NOT order from this company! They are slow to ship and non-responsive when you ask for a return authorization. Actually non-responsive to any attempted communication. The only reason I gave them one star is because this system would not let me create a review with zero stars. I checked the box below to let Waves and Trunks know about this review, but the email address they will use is the same one I've been using so I doubt they'll get too worked up about it.

The worst.should be out of business.can't say enough bad things about this poor excuse for a company.

I wish I had read these reviews before I placed on order. It’s been almost a month, no correspondence, no order. I guess it’s time to dispute or wait?
