Has anyone been able to contact the. The phone number listed is disconnected. They are not responding to my emails. I ordered from them 4 weeks ago.

Great prices but you never receive what you order.placed order over 8 weeks ago nothing.Hoibg to stop payment . DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Trust Dale is not your friend on here.

I purchased a pair of shorts approximately 6 to 8 weeks ago and you took my money right away but you have not sent my shorts YET!!!

I echo what everybody else is saying about this company.I have put in a Paypal Dispute for 2 pairs of trunks that i never received.I ordered them month and a half ago and never received products.This company and advertising makes the consumer think they are in the USA but they are in a Foreign country at best if they are a true company at all.Buyer Beware!!!!!!!

I ordered on April 25th. It is now May 18th. I have emailed them twice with no response. Of course they charged my credit card. Their ad is a lie. The items come from China, not from a "USA warehouse" as they claim. Don't order from them!

Too bad there isn't a "0" stars! I ordered 2 pairs of trunks for my husband for our vacation. He wears a 2XL and after about 2 months, we finally received them. Buuuuuuttttttt, they wouldn't fit a 12 year old! Way too small!! Tried sending emails to get a refund and zero response. There is only a 30 day window for refunds. Now their phone # and email don't work. DO NOT order from this company...they are fraudulent!!

I ordered some shorts from Waves and Trunks. They sent me a confirmation email and drafted the purchase out of my account, that was on 3/30/20. Today is 5/6/20 and I have yet to receive my purchase. Since they have a non working phone I have emailed them several times to find out where my order is or to just get my money back. I have gotten no response at all. I am still getting promotional emails from them wanting me to purchase more product etc.

Phone disconnected. Emails have gone unanswered. I’m thinking that I’ve been scammed.

Update: Today is May 12. Still no response and no swim trunks!

Update: Today is May 26. Nothing!

Also, found the same trunks on Amazon for half the price. Ordered from Amazon and received them in only a few days. Guess where they’re from...China

I ordered several items on 3/13/2020. I got a tracking number and confirmation code after they took the money from my credit card. They said it will take 5-10 business days. It is currently 3/30/2020, well past the expected delivery. I have emailed them on 3/20/2020 and 3/30/2020 only to get ignored. I called on 3/30/2020 and their phone is disconnected. In my latest email, I am demanding a full refund since it seems to me my items will never be delivered. If not, they may have a lawsuit on their hands. Hope this information helps with your shopping info.

I ordered from wavesandtrunks, got an acknowledgement and a shipping number... never received my package. Left three email messages for the company with no response. Phone # does not work.
Suggest you take your business elsewhere.

So far, my experience is that I ordered a swimsuit, was sent a confirmation and a shipping confirmation; but now have just received an email that says they do not actually know when the manufacturer and shipper will be able to complete my order. In addition, they say they are sending me something very special-A BETTER DISCOUNT ON FUTURE ORDERS! Why would I order anything when I can't even get what I ordered in the first place?

I have twice ordered from waves and trunks both times the sent the size I didn’t order the first time the sent me the right size with no problem in October 2019 I contacted waves and trunks they told me the would replace my order with the size I ordered in November 2019 I contacted them again they assured that they would be sending me the replacement trunks soon when I hadn’t received the replacement by the end of December I contacted them again they didn’t answer me which leads me to believe they are not going to send what I ordered please be aware that they are ripoffs

I bought a swim boxer short. Because it didn't fit well I send it back. I send them an email I wasn't satisfied. Also I told them I send my order back. This was on july 30 2019. I got an email I should send them a picture of the defect. The boxer wasn't defect and I also didn't mention that. I also should send it back in 30 days. I send back the boxer and I didn't hear anything from them. And I got no money back.
So at october 20 2019 I contacted them again. They didn't read my mails and kept asking questions about things I didn't mention. They also keep asking question about a tracking code. I didn't received one so I couldn't give this. And I still didn't receive my money back.

The short story is: I paid for a boxer I send back but didn't receive my money back. The people at the customer service centre seem not to be able to read.

I don't recommend it at all but be sure you want the item you order because when you send it back you don't get your money back! I'll never buy again at wavesandtrunks.com
