Great Spa for the price
I had placed my order April and did not recieve it until June. I don't blame the company because I know a lot of places are running behind due to Covid catchup, plus I got a response a couple of days after emailing about the status of my shipment. The communication is fairly solid between the buyer and seller, no phone number, but an email system that they will respond to with about 48 hours.
The overall quality and setup of the spa was excellent. It took maybe 15 minutes to setup and start filling. I did have a moment where I could not find the filter and filter cover anywhere. I was upset and emailed the customer service telling them that I was missing these items. Haleema was quick to respond with a picture and video of the location of these items. (They were in a small compartment on the front of the pump) After that, it has been a blast hitting the spa after a long day. The jets aren't your standard $6000 spa jets, but they for sure do a solid job.
If you want a nice spa for you and your significant other, but don't want to break the bank, I'd go with wavetub. I've already recommended it to a couple of my buddies and they've ordered one. I wish I could do a 4.5 because the only issues are on logistics side of the house. The actual product is fantastic.
