Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing... See more

Dry and stale rolls! Hardly any Mayo. It was disgusting! Thought 5.68 was a good price until I threw it all away! Never again! Blakeslee pa

I have been to several wawa's & ordered there new Chabata sandwich. They measure everything out to the tea. They make your sandwich, cut it, than they go pick it up to place in the paper. Half of the inside of the sandwich is laying on the counter. If they had any common sense they would prepare it in a box, cut it, than they wouldn't have to pick it up & the contents would still be there. You are paying for a full sandwich & only getting half of what you paid for. A word to the wise buy something else.
I won't be back
Daryl Carter UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF
Daryl Carter no more in sharing my reviews of how Wawa hire’s unprofessional staff.
I was at Wawa I saw two female employees making out one was sucking on her neck. They left back in and I was ordering food. One was Susan and the other Tiffany. I accept gay people but you all have no morals showing this in family settings. I don’t want to come back to let my child see these two ladies go at it and make eyes. Keep it in the bedroom children if you’re going to display LGBT affection at the work place. I can’t explain to my child the other girl is a girl not a man. I can’t explain making out yet to my child he’s too young. I am so angry because this is not what I want to expose my child to right away. I as a Christian who accepts gay people will not stand for even the same straight people doing sexual acts in front of my kids especially in the work place. I will never return to this Wawa or let Tiffany and Susan touch me and my families food because it’s just disgusting you let hire people who don’t understand professionalism. I will never go back here again. TEACH YOUR CREW MORALS AND WHATS ACCEPTABLE IN THE WORK PLACE. I Go every year to Florida and I was happy you all opened and now I am not because I have to shield my child’s eyes from these two girls, Susan and Tiffany! I will be taking my business to the other Wawa on central Florida parkway and I do not want to see Tiffany and Susan ever again showing unnecessary PDA
Bad place to work.
There are 3 employees that are harassing employees that are not white and that have disabilities. Nothing is being done.
So many have quit regardless of filing complaints. 2 of these employees are management.

Every time I go to Florida I HAVE to go to a Wawa! Please come to Illinois! The food is amazing and you provide everything a person could want!! It would definitely be a hit around here!
DO NOT BUY GAS HERE
DO NOT BUY GAS HERE! Somehow a dirtbag stole my card number and charged $178 on my account. A similar problem happened two years ago, but they didn't get money then. REPEAT: DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD AT THIS STORE!!!

There wasn't a sign or directive to let new customers know the process of paying for an order. While waiting for my order I eventually read the order tag which indicated I must pay the cashier. I was surprised at this because the cashier counter had a "closed" sign posted. I assumed I just paid the employee after they handed me the food. It would be nice if there was something at the order station outlining the process. Eventually the cashier opened and I was able to get out of this hell hole.
Today I stopped at the Summit Bridge…
Today I stopped at the Summit Bridge Rd., Wawa in Middletown Delaware. It’s Friday night and I decided to get a sub rather than cooking dinner. I ordered the large Italian sub with pickles peppers and had it toasted. when I get home 15 minutes later the roll’s top was soaked due to excessive juices of the mushy tomato and pickles and peppers. You could see the roll was previously frozen and both ends were hard from freezer burn. I was told sometime ago that the subs were not very good at this Wawa but since I had never had a bad sub from Wawa, I gave it a try. well now I know I’ll never stop at this Wawa again for a sub.
I topped my tank yesterday for a total…
I topped my tank yesterday for a total of $33 and the following day I get a notice from my bank that I had a low balance due to a hold by WaWa for $175!!!! Which in turn affected my ability to spend MY money towards other needs until this hold is removed which I was told that it could take up to several days!!! This should be illegal, but is not!
Never never again will I patronize this business and will make sure everyone I know knows about it! If we live on a budget this can be disastrous- incurring overdraft fees for other charges made bc Wawa decided to hold 142$ above what I spent.
Lack of consistency
When customers ask of hot peppers on a sandwich, it's because they like the taste of hot peppers. The sandwiches are usually light when it comes to condiments, but out of about 20 bites on my last sandwich, I only tasted a hot pepper on four bites.

The Wawa in Venice is the worst Wawa I have ever been too, the cashier was dropping the f word to 15 year old girls, was very rude to costumers even when being nice, selling underage kids eyedrops when high. This should be a zero star.
I've never had an issue at WaWa
I've never had an issue at WaWa. I drink the shakes religiously and they taste great. Management always makes thinjgs right!
convenience means not having to make the food yourself
I don't know who made the decision to stop allowing the deli to put the hashbrowns inside the breakfast burrito. they say you can buy a hashbrown and add it yourself. the only problem with this is you have to unroll the burrito after it has been sealed, then try to reroll the burrito. this is pretty asinine as most people dont really want to open a burrito to add stuff to it and if they do then they just cant get it rolled and sealed back up, in turn making a huge mess of what used to be kinda appetizing. i have stopped going to WAWA for breakfast and will not return. this was something i would get 3-4 times a week, and just wont be back, unless they decide that was a mistake and start allowing these items to be served in a convenient way. its not a self service thing its supposed to be a convenience thing.
Great option for convenience and value for the $
I have to agree with some others in that they were the 'go to' place for food without having to deal with fast food chain lines. It does seem they are starting to lose the luster which is unfortunate. They were hitting it hard and true! I like that they have bowls you can customize and some other items are unique. I had a buffalo mac n cheese/chicken panini that was off the chain. They used to make mac n cheese with horseradish sauce that was awesome, as well. Unfortunately, they stopped that concoction ;(( I just hope corporate steps in and steps up the game before people start losing interest based upon negative reviews I noticed.

In the middle of the day(2.27.23) most of distributors were "closed" - cones in front. Drivers were crushing around looking for spot to even create a line to an open one since it's tight there with full scale store and people walking car to store between them.
Disaster at such busy plaza with multiple stores to cross to them thru. Why to have so many(10+!) distributors if most are "out of business" due to just obviously lock of attendants presence (I saw 1! In field so to speak)

I experienced the absolute worst customer service!
I experienced the absolute worst customer service in my entire life this evening. I used to be a strong supporter of Wawa, but after this incident, I will never patronize Wawa for any reason again. I had a reward for a smoothie or cappuccino and placed my order in the Wawa app. When I asked for my drink, as I could see it behind the counter with my name on the order sticker, I was informed by employee Madison that it was not paid for. I let her know I had placed the order in the app and used a reward. The order was completed totally in the app. She refused to give me the drink and just brushed by me without a word, going to the cash register area. She remained there for about five minutes. I finally decided to go approach her about my order. She was checking out another customer, so she clearly was not doing anything about my order. I again asked her about it and she was very rude to me, stating that the order was not paid for. I attempted to show her the order in the app. She again walked away without a word. I went back to the coffee/drink area where she went. At this point, she shoved the cup with my order at me. I looked at the sticker on the cup that had been there THE ENTIRE TIME and saw that it said PAID. She treated me extremely rudely and never acknowledged HER MISTAKE, never apologized. This was the rudest, most ignorant individual I have encountered in many years. She should certainly NOT working in customer service. This is not an experience I would expect from Wawa. Sadly, I can't say I'm entirely surprised, as this location has been progressively worse and worse but this was the final straw. The actions of Wawa employee Madison lost a loyal customer today, and I will certainly be sharing this experience with everyone else I know who may patronize Wawa.
