Not all wawa are bad, but the one in Melbourne off 192 west New Haven is the worst one I ever been in especially after hours. Don’t try and get hot coffee at 430 in the morning. They might be brewing... See more

Free coffee? NO! Need reward card!

I love wawa! It is convenient and quick service even when busy most times. The reason i am giving them a 2 is because of free coffee day. Since when is it only available on the reward card? I remember years ago, when it was available to everyone. what happened? It is so messed up to exclude people. I was at the wawa in Souderton, PA.

Today Sept

Today Sept. 18, 2020. I give WAWA always a 5 Star but today I stopped in at the Richmond location and it was disorganization by Management, we were told that hash brown would be a 3 minute wait which turned out to be 10 mins, . the Male clerk was very helpful but left behind the register and walked over to the hot station talking with us in a 12 inches range with his mask under his chin...entire face was open. The counters was not cleaned and I thought what's going on here, was disappointed with this location lack of keeping up with WAWA,s cleanliness standard so I wanted the GM and Managers to keep up with the standards so it can be like other WAWA,s that I'm used to which is very clean and look on camera and see that Clerk with his mask down.

I have stopped giving wawa my business…

I have stopped giving wawa my business when they decided to give their employees BLM pins to wear and support the BLM movement. BLM is a based off of false narratives and uses extortion to push their cause. I also think that wawa is very hypocritical especially when they won’t put any stores in black dominate neighborhoods!

Racism at Wawa

Wawa on eau gallie Melbourne , Fl 08/08/2020 9pm . I witness a employee being racist. While I was standing in line. A cashier was rung up a customer, the next customer purchased a pack of cigarettes. The cashier at the other register told the cashier servicing the man that both men had to show Id even though only one was buying cigarettes, the previous man did not purchase cigarettes, but was waiting for his friend who did. Both men are dark skinned. The man purchasing cigarettes appeared confused. So the racist cashier took it upon herself to yell out "Dos"( both or 2 in English). It offended me and others in line. I have many friends hispanic and middle eastern. I am an American and Veteran. The man purchasing cigarettes was visibly offended but made his purchase minus cigarettes. To assume that they don't understand english because they are dark skinned was very offensive. They were confused because only one was purchasing cigarettes, why both? not because they didn't speak English. The 2 men are middle eastern. It appears to me that WaWa doesn't care about the diversity of their customers. I have will pass this on to my friends and family and hope they don't buy at Wawa again.

WAWA not a good neighbor

During the pandemic, when most businesses are trying to make it safer for their customers, Wawa has made a very cynical policy change. You can no longer use a Wawa Gift Card to pay for gas at the pump. You have to come into the store and stand in line to use the card for gas. The cashier at the Yorktowne (FL) Wawa just shrugged. Many of us have given gift cards to help family and friends with transportation costs. Of course, they are doing this because they hope that while you are in the store, you will buy some of their overpriced food and beverages. Wawa is not being a good member of the community.

I love wawa but they are now hiring…

I love wawa but they are now hiring employees without drug testing them.I had seen an employee using drugs on their premises. The location is in Davie,Florida 33314 off of Griifin Road and the address is 4700 S State Road 7 .I know Wawa doesn't tolerate this type of behavior I was able to report to their Customer Service but the employee still works there his name is Peterson Sanon would you like to have someone who does drugs handling your food or just anything of service. I'm so disappointed in this company.

You stopped doing the fountain drinks during this Corona-19 so now you are the last place I go to instead of the first one I used to go too. Racetrack gets my business now and the other has stations that treated me like an adult.

And just like that...

And just like that, every bit of good will has vanished. Why are the bathrooms "closed" i mean really, do they really have a best interest in mind. The answer is no, they couldn't possibly when they kicked me out of the store, and refused service

Wawa-A higher end convenient store

My friends, family, and I frequent Wawa at least a few times a week for gas or food. They have good soups, salads, and sandwiches for what is considered a higher end convenient store. I do think I some of their items can be a little pricey, but on the whole they have a clean store with a wide selection of items as well as plenty of gas pumps.

Never had an issue with the food there…

Never had an issue with the food there at the Bristow location but got my usual chicken quesadilla last night and the most horrible thing. The quesadilla wrap was in little pieces. The cheese was burnt and the chicken was brown. I work across the street and order this twice a week. Really don't want to complain but please make sure everything is fresh. Thank you.

St. Petersburg

Shift manager Tammy at St. Pete store was less than nice while I was there. I waited at the register for over 5 minutes while she stood talking. No receipt either and gave me attitude about it.

America’s Favorite Convenience Store.

Wawa is by far the best convenience store around. They offer everything from good sandwiches that are ready to order. To filling your tank with a self-service gasoline operation. They are a regional company in the Philadelphia area that has grown into the well recognized establishment that they have become today.

Employees using the toilet and not washing their hands. And taking out the trash and not changing their gloves. And going back to make sandwiches. They also drop all the cup lids on the floor and put them back on the rack
