this site is peace of crap I recently sold my knife on it
I try to profit from it but the fee is so ridiculously high we are talking about 6% of the profit of the item that will be taken and then if you want to withdraw that will be another 2% so basically left on the dust I sell my knife was like 1000$ dollar and 60$ juts fee and then another 20$ so they took 8% form wholesale its trash site don't use it

Absolute trash! First of all the trades never work. I sold many items on Waxpeer but could never finish the sale in steam, maybe 5% of the sales were successful, the rest is just not working.

And then I tried to contact customer support literally 5 times and finally I got in contact with someone via e-mail and this person is probably very unhappy working there because I got super lazy responses and useless solutions.

I will never trade here again!

The site is easy to navigate, has a fairly good assortment of skins and other items being sold, accepts a multitude of payment options.

The support staff of the site are very kind, quick to respond and helpful. As i initially joined the site to make a purchase that i was unable to, due to a site update that was ongoing at the time.
They did however give a compensation to rectify the mistake and that i was unable to purchase the weapon i was after from their site at the time which was very kind of them.

If there is some criticism that'll remain which prevents the site from being a 5/5 it would be the lack of some features i've grown accustomed to. Mainly inspecting weapons in-game.
The support reply said that you can click to generate a screenshot of the skin, which is true. But it only captures the sides of the weapon.
Many weapon skins out there have wear to them which are visible on things like the ironsights, barrel or stock. Not visible from a centered side view screenshot.
I do however believe this is because the site is only one i've come across so far where you can't outright click on a sellers' profile and find them on steam.
Which from a seller standpoint and "anonymity" is quite nice if you fear getting a target on your account if you sell something really expensive.
They do have a safeguard too in that if the item isn't delivered to you as a buyer, you'll automatically be refunded. So it appears you're protected in case the seller is a bad actor.

Another feature that is missing, but that isn't always available on other sites either is the float being told to you if its among the top floats in the world.
Not a deal breaker if the feature isn't there, but. I like knowing if a skin that might be pricier than others is because its among the best in the world, rather than me having to manually check it up on CSfloat.

It was a rough start, but everything after that has been really good with Waxpeer. So i certainly wouldn't mind making more purchases from it in the future.

Hadn't used Waxpeer before, and still -kind of- haven't.
I look for skins via CSGOSkins.gg and there one i was after was sold cheaply on Waxpeer.

I'm used to jumping between sites to make purchases to save a few bucks on skins and i'm sure i'm not alone on that.
So i sign in to my steam, no problem and go to deposit funds via card to make the purchase.
They understandably ask that i enter an e-mail and verify it to make the deposit.
So i type in a disposal e-mail i have in case it gets sold to spam vendors. Aaaaand
...nothing.. I don't get a verification code. So i ask them to resend it.
Nothing happens.
Resend again.
This continued for 10 minutes with me never getting any code on my e-mail. I checked the spam, nothing. I checked the inbox constantly to see if the icon quickly flash to indicate a new e-mail before it either filters or deletes it, never happened.
A friend tried on his e-mail and got nothing.
I tried on another burner mail and got nothing.

So to make a purchase you need to verify an e-mail which isn't physically possible because it isn't sending you any verification code. Great system.
Probably a bug or something hence why i don't want to go as low as 1 star, i'm sure that -if- the site would've worked, it would've been fine but i likely won't bother in the future if a skin gets sold via Waxpeer to bother trying to make a purchase here.

I also deduct points because they don't have a option to view skins sold on the site in-game.
Or if they do, they've done their damnedest to hide it from people.
But, the story had a happy ending because the seller who was trying to sell the skin on Waxpeer put it up for sale on a competitor site. More expensive than it was when originally listed on Waxpeer, but still the lowest priced at the time.
So the seller apparently didn't want to use the site to sell his skins anymore.

Created a deposit using etherium did not specify what network it needed to be sent through so I did not recieve the funds and never got my money back it’s a awful site with no support for customers and they can’t even specify the right f#%king eth network to send it too

good for buying, unreal to sell something because 85% of site is bots that repricing you every 5 second

They are the best with the best prices. I deposited less than the required amount to buy an item on the website and they just compensated me for the missing amount and gifted me as well. Best support ever. Totally recommended!

I had some issues with my deposit, support was on it quickly and solved my issue. Already used this site couple of times can recommend it.

Sold an item didn't got the money for it messaged support, they didnt answer for 5 hours back "live support" so far 2 days passed no news about my money ,from sold item nice.

First I was a little bit sceptical because the headquarters are in Ukraine and you have to deposit money before you can use it.
But I gave it a try and bought an AK-47 Inheritance. The money was instantly on my account and the trade took 2 minutes.
All in All I can recommend this site if the price is better than on other trading sites.

Had an accident where my API key became invalid. Lost an item because of it. Settled it with support. Overall a pleasant marketplace as a supplier. Selling fees are bit high (~8% usually) but mostly worth it as your items sell at good prices.

They fixed in 20 min after i wrote here <333

Hi, my withdraw still not completed i withdrawed my money at 4.12.2023 but its still not in my wallet it says created and im still waiting to help. I tried to talk with support but support button is not working I am still waiting for help. Please.

Really quite good trade platform, everything is healthy working. Admins help regarding to questions.

I used it many times easy and safe way to sell skins i recommend this is website dont care people who saying i got scammed by api key , it was their fault not waxpeer dont forget the reset api key before selling skins.

Trustworthy service which is a pleasure to deal with. Great business tool and one of the best offers across all marketplaces. Been using it for a while know and never have doubted my decision, hope this goes on

Honestly i f'ed up by adding less funds that the ones i needed ( on the very last digits tho ) and i messaged the support and they immediatelly answered me and they added 0.01 to my funds so i could buy the skin i wanted 10/10 would recommend and the transaction seems to be super safe

I started using waxpeer for cashtrading cs2 skins in early september. Buying skins on waxpeer and selling them somewhere else. In october, I was told that I cannot browse the marketplace for "making too many frequent calls" and I was banned for an unknown duration. Support does give answers, but is less helpful, but atleast friendly. It looks like that I got banned for "opening too many tabs".

So if you're looking to avoid headache - don't use waxpeer. Else it's good site.

After my mistake on putting a wrong withdrawal address which lead to my funds being lost in space, Thea from the support team was kind enough to guide me on how to find the correct address and even refunded me half of my funds, even if it was my fault in the first place! Great,prompt and kind support from Waxpeer!
