Zoe is really knowledgeable about life insurance and critical illness cover and has helped both me and my husband with our plans. She also suggested an additional cover option for my husband who works in construction, so that we won't suffer financially if he ever gets injured at work. This was a great relief! Zoe was absolutely brilliant in guiding us through the process of obtaining insurance. She was always willing to go above and beyond, and spent lots of time with us to ensure our application was accurate. I cannot recommend her enough!

Having an employer who didn't offer private medical insurance as part of my benefits package was always a big issue for me. Having had a medical issues in the past, it was an important for me to feel I would always be offered the best health care moving forward. With any future medicals needs, I did not want to have wait for GP appointments or hospital consultations and would prefer treatment in a private hospital environment and have access to the best possible care and treatments that perhaps aren't available with the NHS.

The cover Zoe recommended for me is perfect, it meets my needs in every possible way. It's affordable each month and I now have peace of mind with any future medical issues. My cover rewards me for keeping fit and I have just recently bought a smart watch at 50% of the retail cost.I can also access a GP service within 48 hours at a time that suits me, no waiting 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment and having to take time off work.

Zoe's personal service is second to none, she listens to your needs and makes specific recommendations. She is professional yet empathetic, knowledgeable and skilled in what she does. She has access to policies you and I wouldn't and will always get you the best package that suits your personal needs. Zoe kept in regular contact with throughout the process and even helped me set up my points reward scheme once I'd taken out the policy. I would not hesitate to recommend Zoe and her team at Way More.
