I recently used Ryans services for a renovation project and couldn't be happier! From initial consultation to completion, the service was friendly and professional. He helped me understand all the steps required and the team were punctual and efficient, clearly experts in their field!
What impressed me the most was their attention to safety. Ensuring the site was kept clean and everything was up to scratch. Beyond their technical expertise, the customer service was outstanding. They were very responsive and were always happy to accommodate my needs. Ryan Truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend them!

Ryan gave me suggestions on how to resurface my pathway and we decided on resin. He made a brilliant job of it, is very professional, knowledgeable and keeps in touch. I would 💯 use Waylands Building again.

Wayland builders helped me with 2 projects! one was a complete refub, they gutted the property and reinstalled new stud work to create 2 bedrooms and bathroom, organised a new staircase, installed a complete new kitchen and decorated throughout to a very high standard including all woodwork and plastering. They worked within my budget and time scale and I highly recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you Ryan and his team!

Really personable group of guys always willing to liaise and adapt the plans as the building work progressed. Kept tidy throughout the works and kept lines of communication flowing as timings were adjusted. Really pleased with our smart new garage roof and additional work that has made the garage more usable and accessible.

Ryan come round to give me a quote on a repair needed on my wall. Ryan is very knowledgeable and gives you a clear outline of what needs to get done. Ryan and his team undertook my substructure works on our extensive home extension which involved a large excavation with only a narrow access meaning they had to use a small digger. Masterfully operated by Gavin. The gabion wall construction is a work of art. The access steps were a serious challenge that they overcome with ease. The extra drainage was expertly installed and we have had no ponding issues. Shame we aren’t doing another job as I’d get them in, in a heartbeat. Thanks lads

Wayland Building did a house and garden renovation for me on a three bedroom Exmouth property, adding a kitchen extension.

The house and garden were transformed and I was very pleased with the result. It was a renovation to sell and the new home owners were delighted.

Ryan and his team converted our separate kitchen and dining room into a fantastic kitchen-diner.
He had a great vision for the project, seeing potential alterations to maximise space and produce a great finish. Ryan had to work under extra pressure to get the job done with the impending COVID-19 lockdown and made sure we were left with a working kitchen. He was very flexible about the finishing off work during a difficult period (lockdown and school closures etc) and we are thrilled with the finished result. Friendly, professional and highly recommended.

Ryan built the extension to our attractive 1920`s house with attention to every detail. His team were all helpful, the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. He has done work for several of our neighbours since then and has come to our rescue by doing small but tricky jobs recently

I had Ryan produce the most competitive quote for a single storey extension to my property, the job entailed re-laying a shared sewer and a moderate depth dig to accomplish this, all the work was carried out with excellent attention to detail, with an excellent finish. Great communication throughout the job - the hardest part was keeping up with the tea and coffee demand! ;-)
