Package left outside without waiting

We had our package delivered today.The delivery service representative just rang the door and left the package outside ,without waiting for someone to attend to the door.We can't imagine if for eg we were not at home and most likely would be in a risk to loose the package.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed – they took my money, but the product never arrived.

I ordered a pool on 30 June 2025 via MediaMarkt.nl, sold and shipped by WAYS (Order: 00742_265500958-B). The website clearly said:
"Order today, delivered tomorrow."

Well, it’s now a full-on heatwave in the Netherlands, and I’m sitting here sweating while my pool delivery is now "expected between 4–7 July" — way too late to be useful. I paid in good faith. They took the money immediately.

No confirmation that it’s actually on the way.
The product is now suddenly "no longer available online."
I visited MediaMarkt Heerlen — they told me they can't help because it’s a partner product.
I called WAYS — they’re "closed due to the extreme heat." The same heat I’m trying to escape by ordering the pool in the first place!
I've sent emails, filled in contact forms, even tried their bot — no response.

I have no product, no refund, no customer service, and no idea what's going on.

Avoid ordering from WAYS unless you enjoy stress, delays, and buying seasonal items that arrive once the season is over.

dreadful - avoid at all costs you won't get your money back

Shocking company and terrible customer service. They are a fulfilment centre for Blokker who refuse to honour the terms and conditions of warranty as advertised on Blokker's site and you're given no indication when you purchase from Blokker! the terms and conditions of warranty for Ways or from Ways themseves when you purchase an item. They refuse to honour warranty periods of 2 years for electric goods that are advertised on Blokker's site. A total and utter scam company. Thanks for leaving me stuck with an air fryer I paid over 100 euro for just over a year ago which now no longer works and you refused to answer me on the question of EU Consumer Law which very clearly states 2 years warranty! Shameful.

Problel was well solved

At first the product was sent incomplate (one box missing).
It took a while to explain/understand the issue, but once clarified, the problem was very quickly solved.
The product itself (Intex Standup Pool), is very good.
