While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

BE AWARE you decide to rent a car from…

BE AWARE you decide to rent a car from this company, please be extremely careful, as there may be staff involved in fraudulent practices. We have been charged for damages that apparently did not exist.
I strongly recommend the following: when you receive the car, take comprehensive photos and videos of the entire exterior and interior. Make sure everything is clearly documented.
There are already several customers who have reported similar experiences. In addition, there are reviews on other platforms that appear to describe almost exactly the same situation we went through. Customers complain about being charged for alleged damages and feeling scammed, especially because they were unable to verify the supposed damage, as the vehicle was no longer available for inspection.
Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the actual condition of the car or confirm whether the photos sent to us are genuine. The vehicle suffered a mechanical incident and was returned to the company by tow truck, and we never saw the alleged damage ourselves.

this company is cheating you, nothing less!

The company makes invoicing 'imagined damage' to a business model. When you pick up the car, the very friendly man has a fantastic sales script, tells about risks and how they do not calculate 'light damage less than 7 cm' on the surface. he walks around the car talking, that the car looks fantastic, 'even if the VW polo is 4 years old'.
When you return the car he finds a deep scratch from 5 cm somewhere on the front bumper of the car; while the paint is 100% there. This does not count because it is in the light 'damage', because it is deep. Off course there is nothing you can do, the plane is waiting, and they have a guarantee of over 1.000 Euro on your credit card. Off course they say, you can send it to your insurance, which I took online. No I cannot, because I do not have a signed contract, I do not have a report of the damage, ... One thing, it's only 188€, this is 50% on top of the renting price. Good business model, but not honest, this company makes cheating a business model! Best, Stefan
