The drivers are told to leave the pallets just outside the premises. So, you get a couple of pallets left on the streets, literally. I believe that is not exactly the best customer experience.

Absolute amazing service from WBC. The customer care from Mihaela Chetran is second to none. I wont look anywhere else for these products.

Item Missing replaced straight away, hassle free superb value for money.

One of our items that was ordered didn't get delivered. We rang WBC and spoke to Jocus who was extremely helpful. He rang back and informed me that the missing items would be delivered next day. We order regularly with WBC and have never had any issues, this was the first time and it was sorted out within a couple of hours.

DPD unfortunately lost my order and were not very helpful, but I spoke to Jocus at WBC and within a few hours he helped me with the necessary paperwork and arranged for a duplicate shipment to be delivered to me free of charge.

I feel I must write this review on an order of boxes I placed with the Wine Box Co. Ltd (WBC). These boxes were meant for gifts for some of my best and most important clients. My intent was to hand deliver these gifts before they started their Christmas break so I made an enquiry with WBC on the 7th November in regards to an order and delivery. They informed me that a delivery to us would be 15 – 20 working days, which I felt would make it just possible for me to hand deliver these gifts in the last full working week before Christmas. After working out the design, I paid for and placed an order with WBC Ltd on Thursday 17th November. The following week I called them to check on the manufacture progress, where I was informed that delivery would be 20 working days and then a further 1 to 3 working days ‘To accommodate delays caused by couriers.’ It was heavily suggested by WBC the delivery would be the week commencing 12th December (with emphasis on the 12th). I had previously informed them that the delivery was time critical and emphasized I needed the soonest possible delivery. Further emails were sent back and forth chasing delivery with each reply stating the week commencing 12th December. We finally received the boxes at the end of that week (Friday 16th December). It is now too late the deliver my gifts in time and the boxes are now unusable as they have (admittedly nicely made) Christmas logos on them. I feel I have been misled into believing the delivery would be earlier than it actually was and had I known earlier I would have chosen another manufacturer for my purpose. Although now late I feel I need to warn other prospective clients of WBC to be wary and that they will probably receive their goods far later than anticipated – unacceptable!

What a fantastic company I am so pleased I found them. Great products, super fast delivery and the quality of the products is amazing. I ordered the cake display stands and various counter display items for my new coffee shop. So impressed with all of the items. One of the cake lids had been damaged in transit and they shipped me a new one next day, no hassle - excellent service and I have just ordered more products from them.
