Bought a watch
Bought a watch, the seller said it should arrive to me in a week. I followed up a week later (had to call him directly), he tells me the price I paid was too low; he can’t find the watch on the market to buy for me. So, the watch was non-existent. HIs intent was to get the money, try and procure a watch at a lower price, and then sell to me. Thats just stupid . He told me to contact customer service to cancel the order. So I did. But wasn’t so easy. Their customer service is horrendous. They don’t reply. Only AI replies were given for the most part. And then when a “person” finally replied, they just ask me to reiterate the entire scenario again. And then they don’t reply. Bit took several days just to get them to cancel it. I asked when I’ll get my money back. They told me up to a month. Well, it’s been 6 weeks and I still haven’t received anything. I just contacted customer service again and their only response was “we will push it on our end”. I tried following up but no reply from them. Ridiculous!
