Used to be great site...but lately they take forever to take your order down to the post office to actually send it. Placed an order in Sunday and it won't be here till next Monday and im in the same province it ships from...What kind of service is that? Its not canada posts fault when you're not bringing the orders to ship out for 5 days

If I could give zero stars, I would. This service is a scam in slow motion. They charge you $15 for Canada Post shipping but then deliberately sit on your package until the last possible day.

I placed my order on Monday, September 8th. With normal Canada Post timing, I should have had it in my hands by Thursday, September 11th—no excuses. Instead, they stalled and now it won’t arrive until Tuesday, September 16th.

This isn’t Canada Post’s fault—it’s theirs. They pocket the fee, sit on orders, and leave customers hanging. For a company that relies on repeat buyers, this kind of shady behavior is beyond disrespectful. There are plenty of other services that actually ship when you order—use them instead and save yourself the frustration.

From placing my order to receiving it, everything went as planned. I even got a welcome/bonus gift of a gram of bud! :-)

The fund transfer instructions were somewhat detailed and different for each bank, so I can see where some people may make a mistake and not receive their order, but I followed the instructions carefully and received my CBD oil (and gift!) 3 days later, exactly as expected. Two thumbs up!

Excellent products, I have been ordering with west coast for a few years, and the product is absolutely phenomenal. Fast shipping and great freebies as well.
I would highly recommend this site.

Used to be a trustworthy company. I ordered many times before no problems. Then I order and my order is cancelled and not a penny returned. I would warn anyone else think twice. Now I am out money and they owe me. There was messages but none answered.

Good selection but terrible customer service.

Good selection and the delivery is fast, once they get around to sending it. I've had my orders forgotten for over a week three separate times. And anytime I pay quickly they just take their time for a day or so before sending it. And are very argumentative when I contact them.

If you do order from them do NOT pay them until the order is ready and awaiting payment. This way you'll get it fast, paying immediately I guess gives them no incentive to be quick and it's always late.

store always empty and they dont care about you they begin to sell everything to RESELLER so you cant have any good product anymore the store IS DEAD!

Love WCC. Have ordered many times with no problems. The people having problems should be looking at Post Office for answers if they haven’t received their package because they are always messing things up. Good prices and great weed.

They scammed me out of $650 . Been over a week and says label has been summited by Canada post. Talked with them last week and all they say is wait till tomorrow it’ll be updated. Wouldn’t advise anyone to order from there .

Bought some AAAA buds. 8 x 3.5g (28g) for 140$. Upon arrival, the smell was horrible. There were seeds in buds. Taste was harsh and smells lacked terpene. Some smelled moldy and bad. It was so bad the ounce was thrown in the trash. DONT buy weed from them, they are scammers. Contacted them with pictures and here what they said:

After reviewing and comparing your photos with our inventory and other orders, they appear to not have the same issue. Unfortunately....... etc.

All they offered was a 15$ credit for a 140$ order of unsmokable, scams buds. Do not order.

I have been ordering from them off and on for years... my only complaint is not with then but with Canada Post's lame shipping and problems with Richmond Bc sorting facility. Other then that I've always had decent product, and always good communication from staff when needed.

Beware! West Coast Cannabis required that I have photos of my sealed package to dispute the quantities delivered (75% or order missing). Fortunately, due to the light weight of the package, I took a picture and I was able to prove the quantity received. The accommodation that West Coast Cannabis made as a result of their error was to give me a credit for the remainder of the order. I would need to place a second order. This second order would cost me an additional $95 ($75 for additional product to get same deal and $20 for shipping as I was not eligible for free shipping anymore as it was a credit). I requested that they send the remainder of the product, denied. I requested they cover the $20 shipping, denied. I requested that they E-transfer my remaining money back from my order, denied. As such my cost was $95 more than what it should have been as a result of their error. West Coast Cannabis was given every opportunity to make this right but chose not to. Three orders later and I have the product. After numerous emails back and forth with West Coast Cannabis, they have stated the best they would do was to put a $20 credit on my account that I could put towards my next order. Not necessary. There will not be another order. This experience was most certainly not worth the aggravation. West Coast Cannabis has a great deal to learn about customer service.
