Man that come to my car called me and updated me on his day so I knew he was on time I was running a little late and he understood and waited nicely for us!

What a pleasure to deal with a company that makes things as easy as this one. I needed a car scrapped. I filled in an online form, was happy with the price they gave me. I think they then called me within an hour and I we agreed a day and time. They sent a link via email for me to prove my identity, which was easy to use. They collected within a few days. Nice chap that turned up, friendly. He loaded the car, filled in the V5C and let me know that the money would arrive within a couple of hours. Which it did, I think it took an hour. So simple and easy to use. I have no qualms about recommending them. Thank you 😊
