I’ve had first class service over the years from WD Strings. There knowledgeable staff have always been great.

Outstanding service every time. Have ordered from them so many times now, and its just clockwork every time. Whoever organises things behind the scenes at this company deserves a huge amount of credit.

I have been using W&D strings for well over 10 years now and have always found them to very knowledgeable, courteous and with great pricing. My first purchase was a pro’s pro pilot stringing machine; they were very helpful in helping me chose the right machine all those years ago and have always been there to support any queries I have had. Since then I have been purchasing all my string, tools & stringing accessories and again they have always been on point guiding me to the best solution and always offering the best pricing.
Recently I had an issue with the machine and fearing the worst I emailed Jack with a few photos of my dilemma; true to form Jack was back to me straight away with the solution mapped out, guiding me to the repair. Thank you to W&D for your great customer service, great knowledge and great pricing.

Absolutely 5 star service from W&D Strings. Sorted out my problem with the minimum of fuss and a lot of patience. Can't speak highly enough of their ability to resolve the problem.

Ordered a range of strings and accessories late Friday night which were dispatched on Saturday over the bank holiday weekend and arrived first thing Tuesday. Great service👍

Fabulous service each time. Items are picked and packed perfectly (despite some items being being very specific) and are despatched really quickly. I ordered just before 5pm Monday for example and it arrived on Tuesday morning. The buying process runs like clockwork. Credit to the team who operate that part of their business.

Once again, I have to give W&D 5 stars to compliment their excellent customer service. I bought a stringing machine a year ago and experienced some problems recently. I sent an email for an inquiry, and they gave me a next-day reply, demonstrating their brilliant service standard that cares for their customers.
