My experience with the company has been exceptional. The on boarding was seamless and very informative.
From the commencement of my course they provided every information I needed to progress.
The support teams are very professional and prompt in delivering service.

Excellent company to learn with. Really easy to use their portal, they're extremely quick and highly courteous when responding to queries / emails. I've studied with several online course providers over the past 5 years or so and this company is right up there with the best of them. Great company. I wish them well for the future.

I was confused with which institute to register with. I needed a center that would make everything flexible for me to study on self pace.I stumbled upon We-are-HR and I do not have any regrets.

We are HR offers very affordable tuition fees , secondly their learners support team is extremely supportive.Due to their tuition fees they offer coupled with their superb customer care I have been encouraged me to register with CIPD level 5.

Have to agree with the previous bad review

I joined up and spent the first few months completing their random own useless in house modules that are nothing to do with the CIPD course

Then after finally getting towards an actual cipd module my work sat unmarked for months

Do not go with this company at all they are too small and too unorganised

They are more bothered about scheduling onboarding video calls then actually getting work out and marked properly

The digital chalk software they use is outdated and tedious

After asking for a response from management I have heard absolutely nothing from them in months

Never had such a bad experience with a training provider in my life and I intend on speaking with the CIPD about my experience

I enrolled in a course with We Are HR in September 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Initially, when I enquired online, I was bombarded with persistent calls, texts, and emails from the sales representative, Muaaz. While his urgency to secure my payment felt like a red flag, my excitement to start the course made me ignore it. I paid for the full support bundle where I would get maximum support.
At first, everything seemed fine, but problems began when I needed support from the course tutors. Despite their claims on their website that they review drafts, I discovered they don’t offer this service when I emailed them for feedback. My tutor Keith emailed me stating he does not check drafts, and I can ask maximum of 4 questions per assignment. The issue is that if the drafts are not checked then students would not know if we were on the right track or where we are going wrong. Their lack of timely responses only made matters worse.
The most significant issue arose with my second assignment. It was marked against the wrong moderation window, meaning my answers were judged against incorrect criteria. This caused me to fail the assignment. When I resubmitted with the new questions, the owner Natasia pointed out I had done the wrong questions—so I argued that I did the correct questions the first time around. I wasted valuable time redoing work unnecessarily, only to resubmit my original assignment later. Even then, they marked it as a low pass due to being flagged as a resubmission. No one took responsibility for their mistake, nor did they apologize.
The situation deteriorated further as tutors stopped replying to emails entirely. I was left without any meaningful support, which ultimately affected my ability to succeed. Feeling completely let down and struggling with the course, I decided to leave the course.
When I requested a refund, they outright refused. I even proposed using the amount I had already paid (£2,500) towards enrolling in their Level 5 course, but they only offered to credit £700 which means I would have to pay the rest. It became clear that their primary motive was money, not student success or support.
The promises of comprehensive assistance and guidance made at the start are completely false. I lost £2,500 and my time. I would not recommend this course to anyone. Be very cautious before enrolling with We Are HR. I have also submitted my feedback to CIPD.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Muaaz who have been so helpful throughout the process. I start my course in January 2025, Ryan and Muaaz answered all my questions and nothing was too much trouble. They were friendly, professional and reassuring. It’s great connecting with you both and I hope I continue to experience an exceptional service.
