Great experience
I enjoyed working with Kate a lot; what really stood out for me was that Kate is really listened to me. The plan took my schedule into account and she was adjusting it when needed. I achieved the result I had wanted to achieve and I am planning to continue working with Kate in the future.
Fantastic coaching from Alexa
Fantastic coaching from Alexa, great advice, encouragement and feedback.
The guided runs are a great way to learn about pacing and also some fun sessions in there. Lots of variety and the app is brilliant with lots of support.
Alexa helped me to run a 24 hour race, the build up, taper and advice for race day was pivotal in me reaching my goal.
Would definitely recommend.

Michelle was extremely knowledgeable and has the great ability of explaining adjustments in terms that are easy to implement. Thoroughly enjoyed the MOT session.
An invaluable experience with a highly knowledgeable coach
We Run quickly passed my details onto their coach, Jan, who immediately contacted me regarding getting started. Jan trained me for seven months and provided everything I needed, from a bespoke weekly training plan, to advice on nutrition and fuelling. I had never followed a training plan before so wasn’t familiar with some of the sessions or terminology, but Jan was always patient and explained everything in full. Jan was always on hand to answer any questions I had via a whats app message, and with regular video meetings it always felt that there was constant support available. I was able to complete my challenge successfully thanks to Jan’s incredible knowledge and expertise!

Enlightening experience
I had a great experience working with my coach, Alexa. She was kind and understanding of my needs and extremely knowledgeable on all things running! I really appreciated how she stayed on top of my progress as I went through the half marathon training plan she designed for me, as she always showed concern and helped me anytime I was struggling.

Training plan
The whole inidivual training plan experience was very new to me but I have found it so helpful. From the initial contact, to questionnaire and telephone call Alexa listened to my goals, where I was at and all my worries. I had to take 2 weeks off pre plan beginning which was no problem. The plan itself was really well structured a mix of length and intensity and included strength exercises which I needed to build up. Looking forward to my next one when I complete this in a few weeks!
Really enjoyed working with my coach
Really enjoyed working with my coach, he offered some great tips for warm up drills. In fact he educated how in training those running drills are just as important as running. The fruits of my labour should take fruit soon!

Justin's knowledge was incredible
Justin's knowledge was incredible, his eye for detail and his encouragement was next to none.
I took some sessions with Justin to improve my long distance running. I'm not an athlete I'm a back of the pack runner with a few ultras under my belt looking to check my form and improve my speed. He took all the information I gave him and created some great, really engaging sessions. He was very good at picking out issues in my form and telling me how to correct them, if they were causing a problem.
It was really useful being able to tap into his wealth of knowledge from different disciplines and apply them to my own.

Supporting the road to recovery
I have always been a runner, but last year I suffered a fracture to my tibia and needed help getting back to running. Working with Janita was a fabulous experience. The weekly sessions were well thought out given my circumstances and what I wanted to achieve. I liked the way we built week on week and I was provided with activities I could do during the week to progress. Janita was able to assess where I was at and very quickly find ways to support me. Without her support I don’t think I could have run the Sheffield Half Marathon let alone Leeds Marathon and stayed injury free. I will be able to take what I have learned forward and will be a better runner overall because of it. Thank you!

Excellent training advice from coach Angela ahead of the London Marathon. Tailored training schedules agreed on a weekly basis that catered for my busy and variable work/family commitments. Wouldn’t have hit my race goal without. Definitely recommend. Thank you 😃
