Hi Nanda,

You participated in a free monthly tournament with prizes based on your position on the leaderboard. The profits generated during this competition are not withdrawable, as clearly stated, since the account is only for tournament purposes.

Additionally, you voluntarily left the competition by clicking the “withdraw competition” option, which automatically removed you from the leaderboard.

We also need to address that threatening our staff with negative reviews from you and your friends goes against Trustpilot’s policies. We are always open to respectful communication, but intimidation or coordinated review threats are not acceptable.

If you would like to clarify anything calmly, we are here to help.
