2 weeks into joining my partner and I are bowled over by how much support the community offers. A wealth of experience and knowledge is shared and the most important thing to us is how ethical the training and mentorship is. We have learnt so much in a short space and time and we are excited about our future.

I am the latest victim of wealth Dragons. I was mis-sold a course, just last week. When they asked me to sign the contract, I didn't because it said non-refundable at the same time they were claiming, we will refund. I immediately said I want my deposit back and no longer wish to attend their course, came out of their whatsapp group immediately. Since then I am chasing them for my deposit. There is no response from them. When I rang their office the ladies at the reception desk are saying, they can only take message and cannot do anything else to help. Then I got a call from Tracy Spooner who made a ton of excuses about not getting back to me or replying me. Iasked for refund and she is saying, she will process but she do not know when, It could be 1day, 1month or 1 year. They keep asking to ring 01908032432 but the reception ladies do not help., they just pass on the message. I have got no reply for my email. I am now applying to consumer court to get my refund back

Portfolio Expansion: We've recently acquired a portfolio of 12 properties, currently undergoing renovations. In the coming weeks, we'll begin the refinancing process for these deals.
New Opportunity: I've been presented with another opportunity—a portfolio of 8 properties. The owners, looking to retire due to health reasons, are familiar with lockout agreements. The offer will be below the valuers' valuation.
Upcoming Projects: Additionally, we have 4 properties set to complete soon, acquired at a favorable price. I'm open to establishing partnerships or seeking funding for joint ventures or renovation projects.
Serviced Accommodation: The two serviced accommodation properties I have been offered at a great price in the South Lake District offer year-round appeal as excellent holiday lets.
