Mr. Cintron is a very professional individual who will make sure you get to the results you desire. He is very efficient. The service he provides is hastle free. You won't be neglected and constant explanations/worrying are not necessary because he will constantly keep you updated. He responds fast and is very transparent. Other service providers might be a cause for concern but he is not, I assure you. To be honest I did not expect things to go this well. And if for any reason delays happen trust me he will take care of you. Mr. Cintron will have a plan B ready to achieve the desired results incase obstacles appear. My husband connected with Raphael through YouTube when he was researching becoming non tax residents and seeking different options. Raphael was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and professional and we decided to get our Dubai residence with his assistance. The experience with Raphael and his team was of the highest caliber. The first time I met Rafael it was on Youtube. He was very professional and when i spoke to him he had lots knowledge about the way things works out when it comes to compnaies, taxes and the bank system and etc. Rafels staff helped us with the pickup from day one which it was from the airport and then to different appointments and that was hospital (check up), fingerprint.
